I Pill- No Magic Pill – What Every Woman Should Know

Picture this — patient XYZ reports to the OPD with irregular spotting through out the month . On taking a detailed history ,you find out she’s taken an I pill three times in the course of 35 days ,every time she has unprotected sex . She’s also complaining of nausea and occasional vomiting . We do a urine pregnancy test and to her surprise and horror she tests positive for pregnancy . But how? That’s her constant refrain .

What exactly is the Emergency contraceptive pill?

As the name suggests , the Emergency contraceptive pill is a hormone containing pill that contains a high dose of the hormone Levonorgestrel ( a progesterone ) . It is to be used only in an emergency , ( within 72 hours of sex) for instance when a condom has slipped , burst , leaked or if you’ve forgotten to take your regular oral contraceptive pill . It can be used if there has been an occasional unprotected , unplanned intercourse or if there’s forced sex . It is never to be used as a regular method of contraception . The success rates are about 90 % and failure rates around 10 % . Success rates are better if taken within 24 hours of intercourse . In comparison , the failure rates of regular low dose oral contraceptive pills are less than 1 % only .

IT IS THEREFORE A BACKUP METHOD OF CONTRACEPTION NOT A REGULAR PRIMARY ONE

Is there misuse of this contraceptive pill ? What are the problems that could arise due to indiscriminate use of this I pill?

The answer to the first part of the question sadly , is yes. This pill is available over the counter and with huge publicity around it , most women are using it without thinking twice . If this is popped so frequently there are chances that there will be irresponsible and unsafe sex leading to sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies . This pill also comes with its side effects and is definitely no magic pill .

What are the side effects of the Emergency contraceptive pill ?

Hence please give up using this commercially easily available pill as the magic cure or prevention of an unwanted pregnancy ; switch to regular methods of contraception some of which even protect you against STDs like gonorrhoea , chlamydia, herpes , HIV , hepatitis B etc .

Every time I come to write a lot of things have already happened.

Tofik is back, hopefully better this time. I had sex with Tofik and had another ipill and well I haven’t gotten my periods yet so I took a pregnancy test which is positive ig.

I went home recently for the weekend, fufu’s retirement party. It was fun but there was this project on which I got pissed off coz Manika kept making me angry. She knows that aadarsh had sex with me coz he told her.

Ummmmm, this is a super interesting question actually !!! I think in the end my fave are the more serious story driven videos, but I really really love both for different reasons. The skits and like humorous-esque videos often become big comfort videos for me, just because they're silly and not-too-serious and bring me a lot of joy just seeing my fave egos. The more serious stuff is like, REALLY good, though I definitely take issue with the way Mark writes, I genuinely feel like he is amazing at creating characters and stories that people connect with and you really WANT to see more of. I think he can make some AWESOME stuff when he puts his mind to it, heist and wkm are both testaments to that. I legit had to look DLAMPR up to understand what it was only to be told that it’s a group ship but Roman and Remus ain’t dating cuz they brothers so they’re dating everyone else, not each other.

I’ll give it a shot, probably won’t be good, probably will idk I might as well try.

It’s common knowledge that Roman and Remus despise sharing things being the territorial fuckers they are. (Yes Remus pees on his belonging like a dog cuz it’s Remus.)

It did affect their relationship with the other sides early on but they came to an agreement that their significant others were more important to them their greediness.

I think Logan would be the peacekeeper of the relationship as he has proven time and time again that he can maintain some balance between the sides and relieving them of their unnecessary worries by verbally hitting them with well logic. So he may be harsh in his delivery but he means well by it and everyone knows that.

Virgil would be the one that requires reassurance as he would have an off day, thinking that his significant others would be better without him which leads to him being unnaturally silent or to lash out when he feels as if he’s being corned into telling them about his emotional state before bolting off to his room where he feels safe to shed tears.

This doesn’t last long as Patton would’ve rallied the others and pounce on him, with permission of course they know how Virgil gets when he’s like this, and whisper sweet nothings that they did need him and that he’s a valued person in their relationship and they would shower him with kisses also cuz anxious boi be anxious. This makes him blush all shades of red it’s actually really cute.

I also feel like Deciet (I’m gonna name him Declan from here on out.) would also be very reclusive about his true emotions and would lie whenever Remus or Logan notices that he’s not his usually snarky self he would, unironically, lie.

Good thing is that Remus knows that when Declan says one thing it’s actually the opposite since Declan can’t speak the truth due to him being who he is. So again this leads to the trash man with a plan to rally everyone, storm his room and smother him with affection and warmth until he’s blushing like a mad man, shielding his face with his bowler hat.

Patton and Remus are naturally the more affectionate ones of the group always greeting them with tight hugs, kisses and face licks from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to bed. Patton cooks permanently cause Remus will burn the kitchen down, Roman can’t cook to save his life, Virgil and Declan are just bad at it period and Logan tries but it tends to come out slightly burnt or taste like trash.

They are all hella cute together but they know that they can’t constantly be together 24/7 since they have differ duties to fulfill but when they do have time together it’s mainly them in their onesies watching movies. (They all have a designated day where it’s their turn to watch whatever movie they want.)

Yes Remus goes to them in the nude like he did in ‘are distractions ok?’ I also feel like Patton would get those matching couple clothes because he thought they’d look cute in them so they would have the ‘I’m with them’ shirts that have arrows pointing in both directions. Patton, Roman and Remus would wear them out and about while Logan, Declan and Virgil would strictly wear them at home but that didn’t mean they didn’t fucking blush when someone told them how cute they all are together, especially if it’s an old married couple that are too cute to hate.

IPIL, Zamboanga Sibugay, Feb. 20 (PIA) – Some sixty-five student-leaders in junior, senior high school and college, committed to stop the spread of hoax information about the Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) that has mounted fear and caused havoc to people who fell victims of fake news.   “Ayaw mo dungag sa mga tawo nga mopakalat ug maling balita (Don't add up to those who spread wrong information). Wait for DOH advisories, kana ang inyong e-disseminate, kay diha sigurado mo nga tama ang impormasyon (that is what you will disseminate, for sure the information is correct)” said Jeffrey Sibud, surveillance officer, Provincial Department of Health Office (PDOHO) during his talk with the students.   These students of the Aurelio Mendoza Memorial College (AMMC) were recently gathered for a COVID-19 Awareness Forum to get them oriented on what COVID-19 is all about; what to do and how to protect themselves, their families and community; and to help combat the threat of fake news.   

The forum also served as venue for them to raise and get answers from their concerns and fear about COVID-19.   Side topics that were also discussed during the half-day forum included HIV-AIDS and teenage pregnancy. The Municipal Health Office also conducted free HIV testing/screening on-the-spot that added-up to the interest of the forum participants. Few students took advantage of the free testing.

“This is very timely, and we need these kind of orientation and information which is of great help to the school and our students,“ said Cleopatra P. Largo, High School Principal, AMMC.

The student-participants to the forum are information volunteers under the Community Development Information Volunteer Network (CDIVN) of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA)-Region 9.

PIA organized the forum in partnership with the PDOHO, aimed at empowering and mobilizing the students to be active conduit of government to help trickle down timely, relevant, and truthful information. (RVC/JPA/PIA-Zamboanga Sibugay)

This is an overwhelming experience, especially since this place isn’t very accessible to most Filipinos, geographically and security wise, being in Mindanao.

First Long Ride Ever

Oh diba pasabog. It was on April 19, 2022. While nananghid ko, nakulbaan nako na sige kog katawa since ang zamboanga nga laag nako fresh pa kaayo to. As in na lamat na siya na laag nako kay super layo gyd to siya. Kani ma feel nako na sugtan ko kay sa simbahan siya. And yes, gisgutan ra ko, but I know okay rato nila gyd unlike atong usa ka laag nako.

Wala nako ga mind unsay sakyan or mag motor rami or unsa. Basta kabalo ko na manlaag mi ug Ipil kuno kay wedding sa amoa head pastor. Yes mamakals rami, mag dungag dungag ug pakan onon nila pastor sa Ipil haha.

So I prepared that night, I even bath that evening arun ditso ilis nako. I answered my activity that night and have a good night sleep sab. Ana sila 5am kuno but 5am down to 5:30 to 5:45am. Yes, akala lang pala na 5am manlarga. So it was April 20,2022 that day, gikuha ko sa akong mga kauban sa biyahe and mihapit pami sa church. Namainit pami and nagkaaon but nag inom rako milo that morning. After that, 6am na nag start nami since hayag na and ma busy na ang dalan ana.

Excited kayko kay dli ko malipong kay ga motor rami. Kibale tulo mi ka paresan and tulo ka motor. Akong kalipay taman ra siya ug Tubod. NGANO? GRABE SAKIT KAYO SA LUBOT HAHA. Balot na balot kaayo ko kay init bitaw as in wala ko ga expect nga ing ato kasakit sa lubot mag biyahe. Isa ka oras kapin pa gane to pero grabe lami na mu ule balik. And then Buug to Siay, naabot nalang mig Kabasalan to Naga and atlast naabot namig Ipil.

Naabot namis Rodericks Resort, and grabe kataw anan kayo mig mga nawong kay hasta ka abog ug kalagom. Akong nawong ato murag gi butngan ug charcoal sa kalagom. Thanks to mask ang eyeglasses ato dli ra worst but maot kayo ko ato kay pula kayog mata murag nakasuyop.

I thougt late na kayo mi sa kasal ni pastor kay ana man amoa isa ka pastor na kauban kay 9am daw magsugod. And yes murag kami ang gitagad kay igo sab mag sugod na daw ang ceremony. LOL. What a coincidence jd, mao to picture-picture mi sa venue and enjoying the wedding day sa amoa pastor.

As in nice kayo ang weather ato and nanghunog mis tigbao dapit kay ga picture taking yes, more amoa hunong pabalik. Why not? Haha.

it starts at home

it starts at home jud no? i don't intend to marry not because of my parents' fall-out. i don't intend to marry because the mEn around me are douchebags, cheater nga bagag nawng. seriously!

there are two kuya-figures i know, one of which is engaged, shamelessly cheat on their gfs. kaning engaged is v confident bc the girl lives in ipil and he lives here in buug. god,,, it's to the point nga i feel secondhand embarrassment. he even asked me the digits of a friend, like pls aha gikuha ang kabagag nawng? these men are very close to me and i was raised with them.

the other one sad is a woman-beater. pagka pait! caught him pulling the hair of his girlfriend, bai. very abusive, both physically and verbally. im very frustrated.

i know their lives are not about me but it's just very frustrating.

my mom obvs knows these two guys i'm referring to. and she knows that these guys are toxic. but when i confronted her about it, i was the bad guy! in this household, they expect you to side with family (ig these guys were considered family) no matter what! whatta fugly life. ew.

srsly, the second guy and the girl alr broke up. and now, the girl is still intertwined with the life of the guy bc the girl acquired piles and piles of debts on her name but was spent by the guy. and the girl is also expecting! my heart aches for her, i wanna tell her i'm sorry but it's not my place to ask for forgiveness.

ang mga giutangan sa guy is posting her name sa fb every fucking day. cursing and saying bad things to her. mga padungog ba. i feel SOOOOOOOOO bad for the girl. she became the villain in the eyes of this small town.

i would never want to marry someone like them. nor do i want a mother-in-law like my mom. they embarrass me so much. i long for the day i go back to cebu. i long for the day, i can live on my own, away from the people who fuck me up.

Closing statements

Hey everyone! I know that I said that Faded Fragments still isn’t over and there’s still an epilogue but I want to get some things out first. The reason that I’m not waiting is because the main story line is done. The Epilogue doesn’t really have to do with the main plot, it’s basically post game content (which is why it’s the epilogue). Again, it’s going to be a long one, sorry but there’s a lot in it.

So the story’s over. This one is at least. I told myself when I finished Till the End that it wouldn’t go past a trilogy and I kept to it. All in all, I’m really happy with the series and I can tell a lot of people have enjoyed it. One of my favorite things to do would be when someone new comes along and goes back all the way to the start, and I could see through my activity as they make their way through the stories. You guys have been a wonderful audience and I’m so happy that I decoded to go with this. 

I remember starting my blog and wanting to primarily to write about the Ipiler egos and look at where we are now! 

Now the question remains; what’s next?

Well I’ve been thinking about it for a while. Once I figured out what the ending was going to be and when we were starting to get close, I made a straw poll asking what people would want me to write about next. But as I was posting Ch 21 I realized that I wasn’t sure I wanted to write a full length story for a while. Now I’m summer break right now so this should be the perfect time, but I want to try and do more interactive writing. Things where you guys get to talk to the egos, or you can send in scenarios and maybe we can build off that. 

Now don’t get me wrong, I love making long stories with easter eggs and seeing people’s reaction to all that, but when I started this series my blog wasn’t as big as it is now. I feel like I have a fairly decent sized audience. I certainly have my regulars ;). And I’m always wanting to try something new as a writer.

So here’s what I’m going to do. I’m gonna take a little break from the longer series and just do one shots, audience interaction and asks. Stuff that’s short sweet and to the point. That being said, what and how much I write depends on you. Here’s what you can do though. 

You can send in scene ideas, or questions you may have for the egos, or you can even ask me something. My ears are opened. 

I will return to a writing a main story soon, but for now, let’s just relax. I mean, after all the egos have gone through with me and with what ever it is that Jack’s been planning, I think they deserves that at least.

Last thing I want to say is thank you. To everyone who read my story or ever left a comment or an over the top reaction, you guys are absolutely the best. I’ll be honest, I go to a point where I wasn’t sure I wanted to finish out my story. I contemplated at one point just stopping it completely and forgetting about it. But I knew you guys would be disappointed if I had, and I would have been too. So even though I break your hearts and have been a little... inconsistent at times, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you so much for reading my stories. I can’t wait for what is next to come. :)
