it's time for me to expose myself as a bucklena shipper (bucky barnes x yelena belova). I love and adore them both individually and their parallels really get me. I'm thinking about making a discord, are any fellow shippers interested? Comment if you’re interested (edit:) or send me a DM😊

BUCKLENA WEEK 2025

Greetings, fellow BuckLenas! It is with great pleasure we announce the First Bucklena Week of the year.

We will be celebrating from July 21st to July 27th. Mark your calendars!

The BuckLena Week will NOT just happen annually, but will have multiple weeks throughout the year, so we can all unite and enjoy the ship!

For those who don't know what a ship week is, we'll explain:

For each day of that week, we'll have a prompt (refer to image below). You can create FANFICTION, FANART, EDITS, PHOTO-MANIPS or any form of creation based on the prompt. You can participate in any day(s) or all days. But WAIT till the day of that prompt arrives, and that's when you will post it.

Make sure to use the hashtag #Bucklena Week 2025 wherever you post your creation.

Why is it important? Because we'll be reposting and sharing all the creations for the event, so we can unite all of them here, in this tumblr. Feel free to also send us Asks and link your posts so we can reblog your content.

On Ao3 you can also submit your fanfiction to the Collection: Bucklena Week 2025.

On Ao3, we also suggest making a series for your fanfiction.

Bucklena Day is set to be every July 27th.

It will be celebrated annually. (Almost like a birthday.) This is the day, at San Diego Comic Con, when Sebastian Stan claimed Yelena was going to stand out in the movie and thus birthed many, many Bucklenas throughout the Marvel Fandom.

A mini WhiteWinter fic by @happygowriting (Pairing Dayton White x Non brainwashed Winter Soldier)

Winter just stares at Dayton, a look of no emotion on his face, there was absolutely nothing on his face to give away how he was feeling. But Dayton didn't need to see the feelings on his face to know that Winter was annoyed. All day, Dayton had been a brat and Dayton had known that it was only a matter of time before Winter got him back.

"Strip."

It's only one word, said with such command that Dayton doesn't dare to argue - not that he argues with Winter anyway. He reaches for the hem of his shirt, grabs it and pulls it over his head. His jeans and boxers are next to follow.

"Bed."

Dayton licks his lips, a shiver running down his spine. He still couldn't understand how someone could have such power over him. He doesn't waste time as he scrambles over to the bed, laying down on it. He lays on his back, not wanting to miss a single thing that Winter was going to do to him.

Winter doesn't say a word as he crawls onto the bed and makes his way between Dayton's thighs. He raises the knife in his hand, a slow smirk appearing on his face as he reaches down and runs the sharp blade against Dayton's thigh. He presses just hard enough for Dayton to feel the edge, but not hard enough for him to be hurt.

"Let's play."

I need a fucking lot of alcohol to process this, so cheers to that.
