Some of y’all need to learn how to tag your fics properly.

Yes, it’s up to the reader to manage their triggers, I’m not talking about the folks who just hate dark fics,

I’m talking about some of y’all who refuse to tag your dark fic properly at the beginning and complaining about the people in your messages and ask box telling you to tag your fics properly. Some of y’all don’t write long enough fics to need the ‘Keep Reading’ line which is fine. But that also means some readers will have to scroll all the way to the bottom to check the tags.

It is YOUR job as a creator to tag your work if it contains materials that aren’t suited for certain audiences. It is YOUR job to make sure that any triggering topics are addressed at the beginning.

You cannot tell someone “Don’t like don’t read’ when YOU are the one that didn’t properly tag and address that there might be some triggering topics in your fic.

Dark fics are a spectrum, some matters are much darker than others, meaning:

TAG YOUR FUCKING FICS PROPERLY IF PEOPLE WHO WERE TRIGGERED BY THE SUBJECT MATTER MESSAGING YOU BOTHERS YOU SO MUCH.

It’s not that fucking hard to be a decent human being, get your head out of your ass.

To those who actually tag your fics at the beginning; you’re doing amazing, sweetie!
