Wilwin is the middle child of three triplets! Her older sister is called Wrenwyn, who is an artificer, and her younger brother is called Branwen, who is a bard-barian (he multiclasses). Their tribe is a travelling group of bards and inventors, so singing was a big part of their childhood, but none of them (with the exception of Branwen) are good at it. Wilwin enjoys it regardless :^)

2017 Skin Care Routine + Miniso and Mumuso Product Review
Hello! It’s me again, Wilwin Krizelle. It has been a while since I’ve posted something on my blog. The past months had been rough because of work. But now that I have resigned, I decided to write again because now, I have a lot of time in my hands. In this blog post, I will share my current Night Time Skin Care Routine.
Just to give you a background, I am a combination skin type. Based on my expert googling, Combination Skin Type is when your skin can be dry or normal in some areas and oily in others, such as the T-zone (nose, forehead, and chin). I am super oily in the T-zone area and my U-zone range from normal to dry.
Considering my skin type, I really hate moisturizers that have greasy feel to it. So I’m assuring you that in this (my) skin care routine, there’s no such any product.
Miniso has recently opened near my area and of course I have to go and check out some of their products.
I bought this Active Charcoal Facial Foam Cleanser at Miniso for 149 pesos.
Usually, my facial wash is the Tony Moly Facial Cleanser which can be bought for only 185 pesos. But Tony Moly is too far from where I live so I gave this Miniso Cleanser a try.
It smells clean and whenever I wash my face using this facial cleanser, my skin feels refreshed and squeaky clean afterwards. I am pleasantly surprised with this 149 pesos facial cleanser.
After washing my face, I don’t pat my face using a clean towel all the way. Just before my face is about to dry, I spray my face with this Hydrating Spring Water Mist from Mumuso for 149 pesos as well.
When my face is completely dried, I then proceed to the second level of cleansing. Yes, another cleansing product. I could not live without this, Eskinol. (I know you all know what an Eskinol looks like!) It’s cheap and it really does clean my face deep down my pores.
After Eskinol, I use this Toner from Watsons’ Collagen Products. I’ve bought it for 249 pesos.
This toner is so freaking inexpensive yet it still does its job. The toner itself is kind of thick for a toner but it’s really moisturizing.
After the toner, I now proceed to Serum. Again with the Miniso product, I’ve bought this Serum for only 149 pesos!
(I’ve changed the dropper thingy because the OG one’s not really sucking enough product) It’s the Moisturizing Serum with Green Tea Extract. First off, I love the packaging. (Original dropper’s really cool for 149 pesos!) Second, the smell isn’t strong, it just smells clean with a hint of green tea. Third, it feels like my skin is so moisturized and plump whenever I use this Serum. I put a small amount on my fingers then spread it on my face down to my neck. I make sure to pat it for better absorption.
I didn’t care about my under eyes not until this year when I swear to myself I would really focus on giving my skin some love. I am using this cucumber eye cream which I bought from HBC for only 75 pesos.
When my face has absorbed all the products by pat pat patting my face, I then proceed to my all-time, holy grail moisturizer. The Aloe Vera Gel from Nature Republic (245 pesos).
I scoop a good amount and then put it on my face. I literally just put it on my face without really slathering it on my skin because I don’t really want to disrupt my base before that. I let my face absorb this goodness on its own.
After all these things, my face feels pumped, energized, glowing and super soft. I love how my current skin care routine makes my face supple and really moisturized. By doing these steps, I’ve noticed how less oily my skin has become and I’m really thankful that I have started to really take good care of my skin this year.
I am hoping for more improvements as I go along with this skin care for many more months. This year, I really want to have (although impossible) a Korean kind of vibes to my appearance. I know it’s weird and funny but being a K-pop fan for almost 8 years, I need to step up my game and try to look as Korean as I can. Hey, there’s nothing wrong with it as long as you will feel good about yourself in the end, right?
