In 1943, Hubley saw the Warner Brothers cartoon The Dover Boys. It's linear drawings and stylized images, so different from anything else done at the time, helped prove to him that his thoughts on animation were correct. Hubley would often speak fondly of the way Jones used new animation techniques on a story of comedy on a human level, as opposed to the typical cartoon of comedy for comedy's sake.

Black-capped Vireo (Vireo atricapilla), family Vireonidae, order Passeriformes, central TX, USA
Formerly listed as endangered, the species was taken off of the endangered species list by the USFWS in 2018. Numbers had risen due to successful recovery projects.
Black caps have a limited area where they nest, mostly in Shin Oaks, in central TX, southern OK, and northern Mexico.

Your Inner Bully
My Aunt has written some pretty awesome books about defeating your inner bully, and how to tap into your superpower within. They need support for their podcast, and all you have to do is click this link and choose ‘support with _____’ and allow them to let their first podcast of the second season post one time on the social media of your choice, so others you’re connected to can know about it, and potentially learn to stop being so negative towards themselves and become someone they want to be!
I’ve done it already. April 5th they’ll be posting on this tumblr about it, and that will be it. Show your support for something that is beneficial to everyone.
Especially yourself.
