Jamie Dornan Reunites With ‘Belfast’ Costar Caitriona Balfe at Loewe Show
Guests also included Taeyoung, K-pop band Nmixx, Catherine O'Hara and Naomi Campbell.
ALL-STAR TEAM: Even though the Loewe show was held on the outskirts of Paris, in front of the picturesque Château de Vincennes, hordes of fans made the pilgrimage in the hope of catching a glimpse of celebrity guests, who included NCT member Taeyoung and fellow K-pop stars Nmixx.
The show doubled as a reunion for “Belfast” stars Jamie Dornan and Caitriona Balfe. “I didn’t realize she was going to be here. She texted me last night as I was getting into bed,” Dornan said. “I haven’t seen her in a year, because she’s been off filming the final series of ‘Outlander,’ so I’m very excited to see her.”
The Irish actor teamed up again with “Belfast” director Kenneth Branagh for his latest project, “A Haunting in Venice.” Branagh’s third Agatha Christie adaptation promises to be another star-studded affair, with an international cast including Michelle Yeoh, Tina Fey, Camille Cottin and Riccardo Scamarcio.
“I finished just before Christmas and it was a joyous experience. We had such a tight little group of actors including Michelle Yeoh, who’s like, maybe, my new favorite person. We had little Jude Hill, who’s in the ‘Belfast’ movie, who plays my son. He’s in ‘A Haunting in Venice’ too so it was a nice little reunion for that too,” Dornan reported.
He admitted that he struggled not to be distracted by the humongous mustache sported by Branagh, who reprises his role as famed detective Hercule Poirot. “It’s very impressive, you know. It’s not altogether real, so there’s a part of you, like the naughty side of me just wants to, like, pull it off all the time,” Dornan said.
Now he’s gearing up to shoot the second series of TV show “The Tourist,” in which he plays the victim of a car crash who wakes up in the hospital with amnesia.
Dornan said he was looking forward to “everything” about reprising the role. “The scripts are incredible, like really mad and funny, and quirky and weird,” he said. “We’re getting to shoot it in Ireland, so that’s a bit of a win for me and I get to see some family. I literally start in a few weeks’ time so I’m very, very excited.”

period drama bitches need to keep AWAY from little women (2019) when complaining about persuasion (2022). if anything, little women 1994 was the one that committed the fatal flaw of the new persuasion – misunderstanding its characters in order to make them more palatable. think about it: meg was nothing more than the sister who disappears into motherhood and marriage, and never mind all her struggles with those; jo reduced to her spunkiness, not to mention being romantically interested in both laurie (and bhaer, but that's more of an interpretational note lmao); beth is sickly and has no relationship with mr. laurence, therefore removing the deep impact she had on her community and making her death nothing but a tragic spectacle for jo to write about; and amy is a spoiled brat who gets whatever she wants, including laurie, despite lacking any connection with him. much like how this is Not Anne Elliot, those were Not The March Sisters – they were versions of complex characters who were watered down into someone #relatable and #feminist, but only a certain kind of feminist. lw19 understood the marches, the limitations of their era, and the ways that they diverged from cultural norms (as the alcotts did as well), and just because it lacked corsets or whatever doesn't make it some abomination against the period drama. thank you!

5 Tips for Choosing the Right Business Casual Shoes for Winter
Winter is coming, and business women need to be prepared for the cold and icy conditions. One of the most important things to invest in is a good pair of winter boots.
Here are five tips to help you choose the right pair of women's business casual shoes for winter:
Consider the traction. Winter footwear should have good traction to prevent slips and falls on icy surfaces. Look for shoes with soles made of rubber or other materials that provide good grip.
Choose a waterproof material. Winter shoes should be made of waterproof material to keep your feet dry in snow and rain. Look for shoes made of leather, suede, or other materials that are treated to repel water.
Make sure they are comfortable. Winter shoes should be comfortable to wear for long periods. Avoid shoes that are too tight or too loose. Look for shoes with a padded insole and a supportive heel.
Consider the style. Winter shoes should be stylish enough to wear to work but also practical enough to withstand the elements. Look for shoes in classic colors and styles that can be dressed up or down.
Choose a pair of shoes that you love. You're more likely to wear your winter shoes if you love them. So take your time shopping and find a pair that you think is stylish and comfortable.
Don't miss these essential tips for choosing the right women's business casual shoes for winter!

I was like "huh I guess I'll spend a few hours to make a bodice out of the leftover red flannel from my red riding hood outfit". Anyway, 40 hours later... lol
The skirt is a circular tablecloth I found at the thrift store. I still need to attach the skirt to the bodice and put in like 15 buttons for closures, but the bulk of the work on the bodice is done. I guess I'm allergic to making simple pieces, because I lined the bodice and made fancy cuffed sleeves that took way too long. But! I haven't had to buy a single new thing to make this, which fulfills the purpose of using up shit I have on hand.
In the end, I'll have a winter dress for regular wear, and if you've ever seen the winter dress selection at a thrift store, you know how dire this sort of thing is needed. A dress? WITH SLEEVES? Call the police. we can't allow that sort of thing! Shapeless sweater dresses and sleeved dresses made of tissue paper ONLY! We can't let the ladies wear a dress when it's cold!

Prada Womenswear Show FW 2024
The character Fran from Final Fantasy 12 definitely I feel would be an inspiration to this collection. Ferocity coupled with playfulness and exceptional fit go hand in hand with both Fran and The Womenswear Show for Prada .
Here are some images of her style in the game
