I feel like ranting a little about my AF2 Au

Okay - it's nothing special.

It's a 'sane', 'totally nothing changed' and 'totally no major plots, concept, mechanics tweaked' au.

But HOLY COW.

I think Yawgate, Celesteal and Voixer are the characters I've changed the MOST.

It really is wild, given that we find out at the end that Mystra suspended the orb in Gale by directly feeding the Weave to the Karsite Weave to stabilise it, that he then used that return of his powers to astrally fuck his new lover in the way he pleasured her.

Do you guys headcanon TG as taking place at a certain time period? Whilst I don’t mind it being ambiguous, TG is horrendously 2013-16 coded to me, but that just could be bc that was when I joined the fandom.

I also feel like it would slap so hard if the story took place in the mid-late 00s. Not just bc of my scene-bimbo-gal swag but like. Some of the fashion in the anime…Lizzie McGuire on the red carpet, shall we say.
