Another Wreck this journal spread. I drew some flowers with black pen and I left it outside when it was raining. And i just realized I used a waterproof pen to draw it so the ink doesn’t even fade at all. I laughed so hard😂 (instead I added colorful marker and It almost ruined everything. But that’s the point of this journal, right?😂) . And by the way I want to make clean feed for couple weeks/month so I changed the background. It’s from my wreck this journal page📓.. While waiting for something (food, a plane, your friend to arrive) write a list of everything you can see. I was in restaurant with my big whole family. It was so crowded. I didnt write much stuff.😂 I just brought my orange marker so.. yeah that was a disaster. PSA to anyone with anxiety, depression or other mental illness

There's this fun little journal you can get called "Wreck This Journal" by Keri Smith and it had instructions to literally tear up the pages within. Each page gives you a different prompt and it honestly works for any situation. This book helps to calm you down by distracting you with a strange task (such as going on a walk and dragging the journal behind you) I highly recommend it.
