My Instagram post is really summing up my mood right now 😭 It's really stressful getting into new fandoms. You're never sure if anyone will like your stuff and if you'll get to know people. I'm still only just getting to know people in Steddie fandom and I've been here since 2022. Damn my shyness. And, it’s RPF which I know a LOT of people hate. Though I like to stick to AUs (like Danger Days where they play the characters of Ghoul and Party.) so it's not really them in my mind, just them playing a part like an actor. I'm always so unsure about my work when it's something new.

Its so so hard to dedicate time and mental energy into consuming media that you love and its

almost paralyzing

I have to be careful because I almost don't have energy to actually socialize after a week like this of absorbing content I love. But at the same time its so comforting to disappear into lovingly crafted art and writing of your favorite characters. If I don't take time to gush over a fixation it feels like an itch in my brain I can't scratch.

I'm having fun rn but I'm really dizzy with it all, balancing this along with responsibilities and self care is freaking rough.

on ibispaint i tend to use a variety but my main three are: coarse pencil, watercolor (point), and for decorations i use light! <3
