-exercise almost everyday
-stay on track

-at least 10k steps a day

So I’ve had enough of being a fat fuck and I’ve decided to make a plan. I can go on 30 minute-1 hour walks around town, I can do 30 minute workouts at least 3-5 times a week, and I can only eat omad or if I’m in physical pain
Can u guys gimme workout ideas/ tips? I want to be thin but not bones, nd I wanna have gyat for summer so I need workouts to get rid of my tummy cs I kinda Alr have an ass 🤓
And how much cals should I eat if I wanna loose 60 lbs by summer?? Or should I js not eat at all 😭

rules:
- ALWAYS TRACK. EVERYTHING. Even if it’s just a bite of candy, those calories COUNT
- Self care! You’re not fueling but it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be taking vitamins, doing skin care, drinking tons of water, and exercising
- EXERCISE!! (when you’re thinking about food, when you’ve eaten food, when you haven’t eaten food. LITERALLY WHENEVER. Aim for about 1.5-2 hours a day! Cardio, strength, endurance, it’s all important)
- don’t go too low in calories. I’m a distance runner… i do happen to be insanely active so i’ve got to keep in mind a high protein/low cal diet, but not TOO low
- 800-1200 calories a day, aim for 60ish grams of protein!
- the scales (both food and body) are your friends 🩷
- don’t tell anyone. it’s how i’ve happened to lose this and gain weight EVERY. TIME. i can go down and i can STAY DOWN.
-don’t ever buy sweets. like SERIOUSLY and if you tell enough people you don’t like them you’ll trick yourself into not liking them also 🥳🥳
PSA: i am pro recovery for OTHER people. it’s just not for me and i think that’s okay, cause i’ve tried it. i’ve done programs, inpatient, therapy, the whole nine yards. it just isn’t for me, im happiest when im starving
