Huh. Nox has all these memories of the renovations of the Citadel, does he ever casually wander into a discussion about the Wall/Crystal and just, absently mention that, funny thing, the power requirements went through the roof after XXXyear, when they completed renovations of the Crystal Wing that closed it off from the sunlight.
