Welcome to day 18 of #yafallchallenge today is #handstand this pose and I have a love hate relationship haha I practice it a lot but I never feel comfortable. Also, for the first several years my handstand practice consisted of throwing myself up against a wall 😂 that damn ego just had to get it. I took lots of workshops with @beachyogagirl @casa_colibri @erinkellyart @fitqueenirene @samseesworld and have used ebooks like @the_southern_yogi #abasanas and @heatherlynnfit @tiny.kirsty ebook @hiittoinvert and the one thing I took away from all of them is that the journey is the best part, it’s the learning yourself, conquering your fears. So instead of just posting a photo of me in the handstand for a second I’m showing a video of my actual handstand practice. Using props and learning to trust myself 💛 Also shoutout to my dog who didn’t knock me out of handstand this time 😂 usually he starts licking my face and I laugh too hard and fall out.
