A/n: hello and happy Valentine’s Day!! This is a rather long fic and thos is why i been inactive-

This and school has been kicking my ass

But i hope to write more fics!!

Hey hey! Have you heard of cupid? You haven’t? He’s all everyone’s talking about, especially so close to Valentine’s Day! You can wish to cupid about a person you love and he will answer it! He will bless your relationship so you two love each other even in death! He can even heal a broken heart and help you move on! He always comes through in the end when you go to him for help!

“I love you too!” She hugged him tightly, trying to hold back tears. He was taken aback by her words. He opened his mouth to say something but he couldn’t. He only hugged her back just as tight, wanting to show her he loves her with body language rather then words. The flowers in the garden only amplified the beauty, creating a perfect picture.

Hanako smiled, his work here not being done. He was about to fly away when he noticed you standing from the sidelines and watching the two. Did you perhaps like one of them? He felt himself getting angered by the thought. He looked closer at your face. You didn’t have a look of sadness but a look of curiosity. This only confused him.

He sighed and flew around the corner where he was alone. He turned into his human form, letting himself become visibility to other people who weren’t supernaturals. His angel wings were now gone and his wisps took his arrows back to his boundary. He stepped out from behind the corner, now wearing an older looking school uniform.

“Hey Y/n!” He placed his hands on your shoulders from behind, pulling you out of your thoughts.

“Oh, hey Amane!” You smiled seeing him.

“What are you looking at?” He tried to look over your shoulder.

“Oh, those two just had a small confession and they are probably going to go off on a date” You groaned in annoyance and Amane raised a brow.

“Do you like one of them?” He asked seriously but you only started laughing.

“Oh trust me, I don’t like them!”

“Well is there someone else you have feelings for?”

That question caught you off guard. Your cheeks flushed as you looked away from him.

“Well they don’t like me back” You frowned. Amane felt jealousy and disappointment fill his veins. He didn’t want you to like anyone else. He couldn’t have it. He was hoping that if he came to you in his human form then you would fall for him. Cupids can’t make people fall in love with anything dead. He’s been dead for centuries now.

He needed this person out of the picture.

“Who is this guy??” He asked. His voice still held playfulness.

“I can’t tell you that! You will tell them!” You smacked his shoulder lightly.

“I don’t even go to the same school you do, I doubt I would be able to tell him!” He pouted and looked to the side. You sighed and cupped his cheeks with your hands. His cheeks heated up which he knew you were able to tell.

“I need to go now, Amane. I’ll see you later tho, okay?” He nodded softly and you let go of him. You waved to him before you walked out of the gate, leaving him by himself. He felt his heart sink as you left. He couldn’t stand the thought of you dating someone else. He wouldn’t press on any longer. You said he didn’t like you so he has nothing to worry about. It was just a small inconvenience. Nothing to worry about.

He flew around in his boundary, smiling at the ceiling. Fake stars glistened across the top filling him with joy. He always loved the stars. He jolted slightly when he heard his phone ring. Someone was wishing to him. When someone calls to him, he gets a ring on the phone to listen in to what they are saying. It’s a funny sort of magic.

He flew over to the phone, placing it on his ear. He didn’t say a word. He was about to place the phone back and let it go to voicemail until he finally heard a voice. A voice he hoped not to hear on his phone.

“Cupid” You said firmly but there was still nervousness in your voice “There is this boy I’m interested in…” Hanako’s eyes widened, his hand shaking as he held the phone. The phone seemed heavier now. It took a lot of self control to not put the phone back on the stand.

“He’s in my class. He can be rather cold but he’s pretty popular… We don’t talk that much but it’s close to Valentine’s Day and, well, I don’t have a date” His shock started to turn into anger as you continued talking about this boy. He’s cupid. He has to fulfill you wish and help you get the happy ending you deserve. But something inside of him was telling him not to.

Something inside of him was telling him to rip this guys head off.

“Ah… what am I doing…” You took a deep breath in “I just need to confess to him.” The line cut out. The call was over. Hanako placed the phone back down on the stand, his hand still shaking. He couldn’t answer this request. He refused to answer it. He spent so long sneaking around people just to spend time with you. Just so you would love him. You caught his attention when you felt your first heartbreak and he had to help you move on. He would visit you, making sure you have fully healed. He fell in love with you. It took him a long time before he could come out to you as Amane. He planned to eventually tell you he was cupid but he couldn’t do that. Not yet, it wasn’t the right time. He needed you to love him first. But this guy was coming in between you. Oh, he couldn’t have that. He didn’t deserve to be with someone as lovely as you. He could never allow you to date someone as filthy as him. He couldn’t allow it.

He watched the guy closely as he entered the school yard. He was holding a letter in his hand. You asked him to meet you here. He watched as you put the letter in his locker. He had a big bad in his hand, something squirming inside it. He opened the bag and dumped the skunk out of it.

He knew death was too good for this guy. He wanted him to suffer, wanted him to be rejected by society for even daring to interrupted his plans.

Then you finally showed, walking over to him. Your cheeks were red as you fidgeted with your hands. It made Hanako sick to know you weren’t blushing for him.

“Is this letter from you?” He said duel. He clearly wasn’t interested in you and Hanako could tell that. He couldn’t take it anymore. He held up his arrow, shooting one at the boy. Once it hit him, it turned into pink dust and fell to the ground. The boy stumbled back and placed a hand on his head. He grabbed the arrows partner, pulling it back on the string. He shot it at the skunk. Hanako grinned. This was worse then death. He wanted the boy to fall in love with an equal. A lower life form. A skunk.

“Yeah it is… hey, are you okay?” You asked as you noticed the boy you liked stumble back.

“Yeah, I’m fine…” He stood up again but he didn’t look fine. He looked off into the distance at something. You followed his eyes but you couldn’t see anything.

“Are you sure?” You looked at him but he didn’t bother to make eye contact with you. He didn’t even bother to respond. He soon laid eyes on the skunk, wanting away from you and towards it. His cheeks were pink. He looked in love with the damn animal.

“where are you going-“ you noticed the creature and backed away. You didn’t want to get anywhere near it unless you get sprayed. “I came out here to confess my feels for you!” You grabbed his arm, now angry with his unusual behavior.

“Well I don’t care! Just leave me alone!” He smacked your hand away. Hanako was rather satisfied with the scene.

Tears filled your eyes as you but your lip trying to hold them back. You were a doll for even thinking that he could love you back. If love didn’t work out for you the first time, why would it now? Is it because you believed the rumors the other girls in class told you? You were foolish to believe such a tail as cupid could be real.

You tried to hold yourself together as you quickly ran back into the school. Hanako noticed you leave and his grin turned into a frown. His focus went off the guy who was now hopelessly in love with a skunk, to you. He flew into the school, looking around for where you might have been. He heard the sound of crying from one of the classrooms and looked in to see you crying.

The sound of your sobs was like music to his ears.

“Y/n…?” He called your name. His expression had worry in it as he looked at your small form.

“A-Amane… what are you doing here?” You quickly dried your tears, trying to fake a smile.

“I left my bag here yesterday… what happened?” He entered the classroom and kneeled down to you.

“I confessed to the guy I like” You’re voice hitched inside your throat, trying not to let anymore tears fall out of your eyes “But he doesn’t feel the same…”

“Oh, I’m so sorry…” Amane hugs you tightly, stroking your back. He had to admit you did look cute when crying.

“I thought that if i wished to cupid we would be together it would work… I’m such a fool, Amane…!” You squeezed him tightly, crying into his shoulder.

“You aren’t a fool… That guy was no good for you anyways. Besides, there is someone for you…” He cups your cheeks, wiping your tears away and making you look at him.

“Cupid has you in mind, after all~”

Is Hanako a yandere?

This is something I’ve been wanting to explore for a little while now, but never really had the time or mental energy for it. But today, that is exactly what we are going to do (warning: this post ended up being very long!!)

For starters, we need to define what exactly a yandere is. 

A yandere is typically characterized as someone who initially appears as  loving and caring, but becomes violent and possessive over their love interest. The term comes from yanderu (病んでる), meaning (mentally or emotionally) ill, and deredere (でれでれ, "lovesick"), meaning to show genuinely strong romantic affection.

Some well known examples of yanderes can be found in characters such as  Anna Nishikinomiya, Satō Matsuzaka and Yuno Gasai. 

Female yanderes a lot more common, and are generally the first thing people think of when asked about yanderes. However, male yanderes also exist!! 

When you first take a look at Hanako as a character, you see he’s a cheeky and playful character, who has a perverted side that’s typical of a boy around his age. The very first thing he does when introduced is tease our protagonist, and then laughs at her reaction to him.

And we see this a lot in the early chapters of tbhk, Hanako goes out of his way to get reactions out of both Nene and Kou and enjoys how they respond. As the story slowly progresses, he slowly forms a friendship with the 2 of them, and gets particularly close with Nene and becomes protective of her.

Doesn’t sound very yandere so far, does it?

However, from the very beginning at chapter 1, it’s shown Hanako has a more serious and potentially malevolent side as he pulls a knife out from his stomach and easily defeats the mermaid that had tried to take Nene away. The moment was quick, and Nene never focused on the change in Hanako’s demeanor, which in turn made us the audience not look too deeply into the whole thing.

It isn’t until chapter 3, with the introduction to Kou, that we truly see the sinister side of Hanako rear it’s head. 

Hanako’s secret about being a murderer is forcefully dragged out by Kou, and in response Hanako holds Nene from behind to hide his expression from her, and holds a knife to Kou’s neck. 

Very clearly, Hanako didn’t want Nene knowing about this, and this is a trend that continues all the way up to the current chapter. If it was up to Hanako, Nene wouldn’t know a single thing about him, not even his real name. Everything she’s learned came from a third party source, not once did Hanako willingly divulge any information to her, apart from the fact that he murdered his own twin brother.

Hanako doesn’t even tell Nene about her own lifespan, that is how little information he gives her. 

Now this in itself, isn’t a very yandere trait, but it is a douche-bag thing he continuously does and never truly learns from. 

As the series progresses, it becomes clear Hanako develops feelings for Nene not long after the confession tree arc.

He becomes more clingy, not liking it when Kou and Nene are too close together and sliding himself in-between them to create distance. He’s often seen casually holding onto Nene for no real purpose, other than just to keep close to her.

He even becomes jealous when Nene becomes concerned about Kou after the hell of mirrors arc, 

and is very against her wanting to take Kou to a festival to cheer him up.

And when Akane threatens to kiss Nene, Hanako abandons his plan to try and force Akane to make a wish to him, just because he couldn’t handle the idea of them kissing. 

Again, this itself isn’t very yandere, Hanako’s interest in Nene usually portrays itself as a typical school boy crush. He finds it hard to talk about his feelings so he often resorts to teasing her, but he also loves to find ways to be close to her and easily becomes jealous when other boys are involved.

So, if that’s the case, then why am I making this post? 

Because Hanako isn’t a typical school boy.

At this point in the story, it’s more or less obvious that Hanako tricked Nene in chapter 1 so she would become his kannagi, and he proceeds to use her to destroy the yorishiros. Hanako basically admits himself that he never planned to care about her. 

Hanako hadn’t planned on caring about Nene at all, he thought her life wouldn’t matter to him because he’s already dead-- why should he care if Nene was going to die?

But then he got to know her, began to like her for who she was, enjoyed the attention she gave him and then he realizes what a horrible mistake he’s made.

And that’s when another part of Hanako’s personality slowly reveals itself as the series progresses...

His overly controlling nature. 

As I’ve mentioned before in this post, Hanako refuses to tell Nene anything, not even about her own lifespan. He justifies this by trying to make her final days happy, not wanting her to worry about her impeding death. 

This, while can be interpreted as him trying to be kind in his own way to her, was also Hanako taking away Nene’s rights to know. She has a right to know that her time is short, and she has a right to choose how to spend the rest of that time. If she wanted to forget and remain ignorant, we know Hanako can make that happen, but he never gave her the option in the first place.

And this isn’t the only time Hanako takes away Nene’s rights and agency.

When given the choice to become a fish princess, Nene is unsure of what the right answer is. And although she decides she wants to stay with Hanako, she gets swept up on the idea of being popular and almost drinks the blood that would’ve severed her from Hanako.

This is when Hanako intervenes, forcefully taking Nene away from the fish and effectively making the choice for her.  

While this does end up aligning with what choice Nene would’ve made had she not gotten carried away, Hanako had no way of knowing that. He took away her ability to make that decision for herself, and then speaks of Nene as though she were his belonging and not a person. 

Hanako even indirectly admits that Nene probably would be better off with the mermaid, but to him it doesn’t matter, because she likes him. 

This isn’t an isolated incident either, the entire point of the PP arc was that Hanako was making the executive decision to keep Nene there against her will, because he deemed it as a way to save her life. To him, it didn’t matter what Nene thought about the whole thing, the only thing that mattered to him was that she would be able to live inside the fake world.

Hanako goes as far as to lock Nene away, so that she can’t find a way to leave the fake world before it’s ready, completely taking away her freewill and asserting his own.

This, dear readers, is very much treading into yandere territory, and it only gets worse from here. 

During the same arc, Nene manages to have a heart-to-heart with Hanako. She conveys her wish of wanting to live the next 90 years in the real world, and Hanako relents, finally sending her and everyone else back to the real world. It appears he’s learned his lesson, and everything goes back to normal until the next arc.

But then, we find out Hanako didn’t learn his lesson at all.

Hearing Nene’s wish, Hanako decides the next best course of action will be to swap her lifespan with someone else. And who is that someone else? Why it’s Nene’s best friend Aoi, who conveniently has kannagi blood running in her veins, making her a prime candidate to conduct the severance with-- and thus manually swapping their fates around so Nene lives while Aoi dies. 

This, of course, is all without Hanako consulting Nene on any of this. He already knows how she would feel about the whole thing, and if given the choice he knows she would rather keep her original lifespan, but again he takes the choice away from her.  

I won’t list all of them, because this post is already getting way too long, but these are just some of the big examples of Hanako’s controlling nature when it comes to Nene. He keeps on making decisions for her, not even taking Nene’s feelings into consideration, and he has no intentions of stopping. Literally in the latest chapter, Hanako just outright refuses to comply when asked if he will now stop his “crazy shit” in trying to save Nene without even asking her first.

Allowing Nene to have freewill in her own decisions is something Hanako refuses to allow. He wants her to live, and he will make it happen by any means necessary, no matter what Nene or anyone else has to say about it. 

Tsukasa is the one who calls it out the best:

So to finally answer the question of whether Hanako is a yandere or not...

At the very beginning of this post, I said that a yandere is “someone who initially appears as loving and caring, but becomes violent and possessive over their love interest.”

Hanako, while maybe not typically loving and caring, comes off as caring in the way is very physically affectionate with Nene, always finding excuses to hold her in some manner, and goes out of his way to protect her when there’s danger. And despite all the evidence pointing to him being a bad supernatural, both Nene and Kou decide there is more to Hanako than that and he’s not a bad person. 

However, as the story progresses, we see Hanako become more clingy and possessive over Nene-- to the point that Hanako would rather she has nightmares about him, because then she’s at least dreaming about him.  

He regards her as something that belongs to him, and doesn’t allow Nene to make her own decisions, not even granting her the luxury of information in regards to her own lifespan. If it was down to Hanako, Nene would be locked away in a fake world against her own free will.

Then, when he begins running out of options, Hanako turns to attempting to kill someone else in Nene’s stead, so that she may take their lifespan.

And although it didn’t work out, Hanako has more or less admitted he won’t be afraid to do it again (or perhaps something even worse).

So do I think Hanako is a yandere?

Yes.

You were in a house, not quite sure whose house it was but all you knew was that you were in this room that looked like something out of a horror movie. A dimly lit lamp stood upon a nightstand, to it's left was a bed. Size of a queen mattress, you'd presume. While you couldn't quite make out the patterns of the frame or sheets, you knew it had to be old. You gazed upon the wallpaper that had itself wrapped around the antique-looking room. It was a faded white color with faded blue-teal stripes.

The look of the room itself freaked you out entirely. You decided you didn't feel comfortable staying within this enclosure anymore and looked around the room for a way out. There were no windows to be seen, to your dismay. There was a door, however. As much as you wanted to run out that door and never return, you felt like it was unsafe. You decided it would be best to peek outside the door first, to make sure that the coast was clear.

You slowly paced yourself towards the door. The door itself, like everything else in the room, looked old and worn out. The paint being a faded white with a few areas where the paint was staring to peel and you could see the original color of the door. Why was everything so old? Could you have gone back in time? Whatever the reason was, you slowly reached your hand towards the handle of the door, only pausing when you heard the sound of light but stern footsteps approaching the door.

Your stomach dropped. However you got here didn't matter since whoever was walking towards the door could harm you in some way. You stepped back and hid behind the night stand that was placed perfectly so that you could be out of view of the door. You saw the door handle move and the door started to creak open. You covered your mouth with your hands and tried to stay as quiet as possible.

A figure slowly walked into the room. You could only see the shoes that this figure was wearing. It looked like dress shoes of some kind. You wondered if you had gotten kidnapped, it would all add up. The strange room, the fact that there were no windows to be seen, the dimly lit lamp. It all makes sense! You were kidnapped!

You heart stopped for a second. Why had it gone quiet? You could no longer hear footsteps. You looked underneath the nightstand to see that the figure's shoes were facing your direction and staying in place. Tears started to fill your eyes as you didn't dare look up.

Unfortunately for you, your brain needed to know who was behind all of this. You slowly raised your head to look upon who your kidnapper was. Your eyes were immediately met with your kidnapper's amber orbs. Your breath hitched. The person in front of you had on a cape of some kind along with two floating white orbs; one red and the other a blue and teal color. They appeared to be wearing an old, Japanese school uniform and they had short, black choppy hair that ever so slightly reached their eyes. They also had a white sticker on their right cheek.

You recognized them almost immediately. "H-Hanako..?" You managed out in a quiet, feared voice. That must have been who it was since the person smiled and replied with, "(Name), dear, why have you hid yourself?"

You looked blinked in horror and confusion. You have been trapped in a house you don't know with an anime character you find attractive? What kind of fantasy shit is this? And did he just call you "dear"?

Your silence must have made Hanako unhappy because he reached his hand towards your chin and pulled you closer to his face. "Aren't you going to answer me?"

You nodded your head before letting a quiet, "I..was scared..and i don't know where I am.." You rose to your feet and came out from behind the nightstand only for Hanako to reach out and put his hands on your upper arms. He smiled softly at you with a glint of insanity in his eyes. "I was hoping you were awake. Now, you are probably wondering why I brought you here, yes?" He asked you slowly rubbing his thumbs on your upper arms. The motion causing your face to redden slightly.

You once again nodded, desperately wanting to know what his intentions were. You didn't know if he was going to kill you or even kill your friends and or family. Hanako chuckled slightly before speaking again, "Not even going to talk for me, hm? At any rate, it doesn't matter. I have brought you here since there are people who have put you in danger. You are safer here, with me. Surely that is easy to understand, right (Name)?"

Your eyes widened and Hanako started chuckling in a dark tone, seeing your expression. You couldn't believe this. Not only have you been kidnapped by an anime character you simp for but now you have discovered that he is a yandere? Okay, not going to lie..you were kind of flattered that your anime crush has kidnapped you out of love- NO. This is unhealthy. Think about it! If he doesn't let you go, you are going to be stuck here forever! What about your friends? What about your family?

Your parents never really got along. Not even when you were little. Your friends were there for you but you always felt like they were just friends with you out of pity. Maybe Hanako is right. Maybe..maybe staying here with him is better. No, that is not right either. Your life may not have been the best but it's still your life. Whatever this was was fake, it wasn't real. You decided to agree with Hanako, maybe that will give you a opportunity to escape. It would be risky but you were willing to try.

"..Yeah, I guess your right.." you said, slowly lifting hands up to where his hands met your upper arms. He removed his hands and connected them with yours. Hanako then smiled at you. "Perfect, dear. Now, I have to go take care of some things so I am going to leave you in here. Is that okay?" Hanako spoke with a tone you couldn't identify. All you knew was that it left a terrible feeling in your stomach. You nodded once more and he smiled at you. "Alright, feel free to get some rest whenever you feel is needed. Just don't leave the room, okay?" He spoke the last part with a terrible look in his eyes. This boy was insane, didn't matter whether or not you found him attractive because he could 100% harm you.

"O-...okay. When will you be back?" You answered his question with a follow-up question. Hanako smiled once more, bringing your hand up to his lips as he planted a soft kiss between your knuckles. "Soon, dear. I will be back before you know it." The way he was acting was both sweet and terrifying. His haku-joudai floated around him as his cape was readjusted and a knife was placed in his hands. You couldn't see the knife, luckily to him.

You nodded once more, blush deepening from the kiss he left on your hand. How the fuck are you supposed to escape him? He has the ability to manipulate and gaslight you into thinking everything is okay. You know better, so why are you so attached to him? He literally kidnapped you! That didn't matter now, what mattered was getting the hell out of there. Hanako gave you a wink before walking out of the door, making sure he didn't close it.

Damnit. Your chances of getting out of here are low. Chances are he left the door open so that you would be tempted to leave. You knew better. So then why are you peeking your head out of the door frame to make sure he wasn't near? You didn't know what was right and wrong anymore. All you knew was that you had to get out of there. Fast.

As you looked out of the door frame, you noticed a set of stairs leading up. To where? You didn't have a clue. It didn't matter, all that mattered was getting out of there. You look further past the stairs and saw a room with an open door. You couldn't make out much before you see Hanako taking his knife and stabbing a person that you realized was somebody that has been giving you shit at school. Your eyes widened with horror. He really was crazy!

You must have gotten distracted because you realized that Hanako no longer was in the room down the hall. You panicked and started to look around for him. The good news is that you found him, the bad news is that you were screwed. Apparently when you were looking around the hallway, you failed to notice the room right across from where you were. The door was completely open but all that you could see was absolute darkness and two eyes staring at you.

You immediately backed away from the door frame and slammed the door shut. You could hear slow footsteps towards the door, indicating you wouldn't have time to hide. You decided to hide behind the door since it was your only chance of hiding. Before you know it, the door opens. You held your breath and covered your head into your lap, praying that he would show mercy.

You felt two arms wrap around you tightly as you started to cry. You felt Hanako nuzzle his face into your neck as he shushed you softly. It would be comforting if he hadn't just murdered somebody. He rocked you gently, saying things like, "It's okay, dear.." or "Everything is going to be okay". You came to the realization that you would never be able to leave, no matter how hard you tried. It would be nearly impossible to escape Hanako's grasp. So you caved in.

You wrapped your arms around Hanako as you continued to cry. He froze for a moment, not expecting you to cave in so easily. You felt him smile before he continued trying to calm you down. You started to feel tired and the last thing you could remember was Hanako holding you oh so close to him as he whispered to you.

"There, there..you don't have to worry, (Name). I won't let you outside in that cruel world. Get some rest, love." You felt a kiss to your forehead as you drifted off to sleep.

A turn for the worst

A/n: Slightly based of a nightmare I had just not to the extreme of this. Some of the writing won’t be in detail for a very good reason and I hope you find out the reason. Have a good day and see you all next time

Everything was black. Everywhere you turned it stayed the same dark void with no signs of light or a way out. Your breathing started to quicken out of fear of not knowing where you were.

You stood up from the ground, your clothes having been wrinkled from how long you were on the floor. Deciding it was best to walk around the seemingly endless pool of darkness. Switching from left to right every so often when you felt like you’re walking in circles. But whatever direction you take the void never seemed to stop. 

That was until you noticed a light. It only lit up a small area of the place you were in but it was enough for you to run to it. Getting closer to it you saw a figure, a small figure that seemed to belong to a child. 

“Hey! Can you help me!” 

You didn’t know what to say except ‘help me’ when you where running towards the light. The figure seemed to be a boy sitting on the floor in what seemed to be distress having his hands clutched onto something. Your running gotten slower then came to a stop once you noticed that the figure wasn’t alone. Another one laid on the floor right in front the one you saw. With a puddle of something around them. 

Hesitantly walking towards the 2 shadows as silently as you could so you could get a closer look at what was happening. 

“Are…you ok?” 

The moment you said that the figure shot up from the slouching position. Turing their head left to right as if looking for who said that. But that seemed to not be the case as you heard footsteps coming from your left. 

The boy quickly stood up and ran the other direction from which the footsteps came from. Leaving the person on the floor alone in the black looking puddle. The footsteps from before gotten louder meaning someone is getting closer. 

You ran after the silhouette of the boy as fast as you could. The little chase ended in being back to the darkness but when you looked back the light from which you were a few minutes ago was gone. 

‘What’s going on?’ 

Thinking to yourself when you were back to the silent darkness from before. You sat down on the floor as you realized that the ground had a few centimeters of water on it. That’s probably why everything seemed to shimmer when the light was there. 

How did you not notice it before? You probably were more focused on where you were and how to get out. 

Sitting in the quiet place you heard a scream as well as light from behind you. You turned around to see a window that seemed to have a view of outside. 

Once again walking towards it in curiosity and slight fear. The window had curtains on the side of it. But like the place around you it was black and grey, empty of color. You looked outside the window to see a familiar sight but you couldn’t pin point where you saw it. 

You heard the same scream from before but from below you. As you look down all the color from your face drained. 

Down below you was a person on the grassy floor with a puddle of dark red surrounding the body. With the scene being gone of any color except black and grey the very noticeable dark red scared you even more. 

Once more the light flashed off leaving you where you started. What was happening? This has to be a nightmare! Right?!

The cycle of the light turning on happened again. This time you were in front what looked like a kitchen. 

Two new silhouette appeared one being taller than the other. The taller one began ruffling the others hair, messing it up. As they did that the shorter one started to argue back to the other. 

Everything that has happened seemed like an old fashioned movie. No sound was ever accompanied by the shadows, except that one scream. They never noticed you so that must be somewhat good, right?

Back to what was happening. The taller one handed a drink to the shorter one. As they drank it they began coughing and hunching over holding the counter with one hand and the other holding their throat. 

After a few seconds they fell to the floor motionless with the taller person standing behind them. You noticed a smile, how? A white line where the mouth is turned upright into a crazed smile. 

You stared at the person, who looks more like a male now. The male turned to your direction still having the crazed look on the empty face. The smile was now accompanied by two wide white circles where the eyes are placed. You crawled backwards your hands on the ground and your eyes never leaving the persons face. 

You didn’t realize that the more you moved away the less of the area there was. That was until you fell in a hole. Screaming at the top of your lungs as you kept falling. Falling and falling for what seemed like forever.

The sounds of the TV played in the background as you woke up on the couch. Were you having a nightmare? You had a nightmare. One that scared you a lot. 

Moving the blanket you had on top of you and sitting on the side of the couch. You tried to remember the nightmare you had. It was strange, creepy even. Why was everything in the dream so….colorless and silent. 

Why was the window part of the dream the only one that had noise and some color? Why was the scenery in the dream so familiar? Why where all the people looking like shadows? Thoughts running through your head as you rubbed the sides to ease the incoming headache. 

You should up to go to the kitchen to get some water and some food as it was 12:00 pm, lunch time. Wanting to forget the dream and continue the day with no distractions. 

You didn’t see the TV flash  ‘BREAKING NEWS’ as the news station came on. You were to tired to notice anyways.

“BREAKING NEWS”

“Another body was found at Kamome Academy. The body was found in the cooking club room and looking from the scene the boy was most likely poisoned. 

This would make the third victim in the last month. The first victim being stabbed and the second victim being pushed off the rooftop of the school. 

Police has said that it might be more than one person doing these awful things. If you have any information on this matter please call the Tokyo Police Department right away.

The first one being Yashiro nene who was sadly stabbed to death by Kou minamoto 

The second one being Nanamine Sakura who was sadly pushed off the top of the roof of the school by Tsukasa Yugi. 

The most recent one was Akane Aoi who was sadly poisoned by Teru minamoto. 

All three having the same motive and clearly not knowing that all three of them have it. 

That motive is kinda obvious but if I have to spell it out I will. 

They all want you to be there’s! 

I will warn you though, a few more of your friends will go missing. 

So I highly advise to be careful with who you trust and who you don’t. You don’t wanna be the next victim, do you?

Since the moment you got into the school Hanako noticed your presence, specially since you are just not anyone, you are an exorsist, and a really powerful one

Knowing that Hanako spend some time following you close (with you knowing it or not), watching over you from afar trying to know more about you to make sure you won't represent a problem for his plans (specially because he already has to deal with the Minamoto brothers), however, ass the time pass he can't help but get more and more interested on you, maybe it was that he finds you a funny person to be around, maybe you are, in reality, really caring, maybe even you had showed kindness to the weakest supernaturals (like the Mokkes), or maybe it was just everything about you that mesmerize him

Hanako can't help himself but want to be more and more close to you, reaching the point where he can't even hide well because he just wants to approach to you, that is why the moment you confront him (either by attacking him by surprise or just kindly asking him what the hell he wants) is like a reality check for him, he is startled by it for a moment but quickly tries to recover his charming and misterios facade, introducing himself as the honorable no. 7, leader of the seven mysteries (even if you already know who he is)

He doesn't want to let his guard down around you yet and still he can't help but wanting to spend all the time he can with you, it doesn't matter if you find him annoying or even if you want to exorcised him, Hanako just brush it off and even playfuly challenge you to do it (however provoke you isn't his smartest move since that one time you attacked him he barely made it alive)

Hanako wants to be careful, wants to focus on his work and help Yashiro with her wish, but he can't stop thinking about you, wanting to be around you, even if you don't really like him he wants to mess with you, and he can't stop himself from following his heart and just follow you around the school, clinging onto you and teasing you here and there. Somehow you two quickly become friends but Hanako wants more, he craves for more, for him it doesn't matter if you see him as annoying he can't just go away, it hurts his heart when he isn't with you even if you just send him angry glares (however if you are kind and even playful with him that just feed his obsession for you)

Hanako doesn't show it off much his obsession and dependence for you and just cover it up with his charming and clingy personality, when he is with you he can't just think straight, he just want to have fun with you! he want to see you smile! he wants for you to be happy with him! But when you aren't around he tend to overthink a lot, he is nothing but a mere ghost, and even worst, an assassin, how he dares to think that he deserve to be happy by your side? And you are an exorsist! You should hate him! you probably hate him (if you actually express that you want to exorcise him he laugh at it in front of you, but is something that hurt him a lot, in the moments when he feels specially down or anxious/insecure he actually thinks on letting you just exorcise him)

Hanako is really demanding, he is taking your attention from anyone and anything else all the time, specially when he is jealous (what happen constantly), clinging to you protectively and possessively even if you are the only one who can see him (he actually takes advantage of this), sometimes he lets you alone but not complety, if he actually manage to make you mad at him for how clingy he is he will let you and just watch you from afar (after scolding himself pretty harsh, the more angry you are the more harsh he is with himself)

Hanako finds both scary and incredibly attractive how stronge you are, he is completely mesmerize whenever he sees you use your powers, even if is against him (he barely make it of because he is too distracted being in lovestruck) and even when you are clearly more powerful than him that doesn't stop him for trying to help you and protect you from any danger (for what he sees as a danger), he wants to show you that he is more than a simple assassin, that what he had done in the past doesn't define him (he is actually scare that you don't see him as more, the thought of you seeing him just as a mere assassin or supernatural make him incredibly anxious, he fears it even if you don't see him that way)

Tsukasa Yugi

Tsukasa doesn't have a great title like his brother, he is just in the school because he has a goal to achieve and because he wants to have fun, so for him you could easily go unnoticed for a while, it could be that Sakura notice that you are a powerful exorsist or that he sees you using your powers to exorcise a supernatural one day

Tsukasa doesn't really fear you so the moment you catch his attention he waste no time and just approach to you, he wants to tell you that what you did was amazing!! He wants to aks you how did you do that and where you learned to do that!!

Is probably that he scare or trigger you and you attack him out of instinct for how he appeared out of nowhere, he will try to avoid the hit at the best of his habilities and still is probably that you manage to hurt him, however he won't really take it bad, maybe just tells you that attacking him by surprise it wasn't fair or even asking you if that means that you want to play with him and attack you too, turning it into a fight. However, if you don't react bad or against him Tsukasa will be just making you a lot of questions (even some that doesn't have nothing to do with your powers and he almost doesn't gives you time to answer) and with every question he does he get closer to you, until the point where he is just inches away from your face

Once Tsukasa is interested in you his interest grows more and more with time, quickly becoming an obsesion! He can compare the feelings he has for you with the feelings he hold for Amane! The inmense loves he feels for you is your sentence, no matter how stronge you are Tsukasa isn't going to give up with you, the only way to get away from him is exorcising him, vanishing him from this world, and even if that happen he won't be sad for it, in his mind is an act out of love

Tsukasa isn't exactly delusional, but he firmly believes that you love him as much as he loves you even if you try to deny it he won't accept it

No matter how it happens your first met once you catch Tsukasa's attention there is no way that you will be able to get away from him, since that day Tsukasa follows you around whenever he has the time or just want to do it, either by following you from afar or directly by your side, if you ask him to go away he will ask you why innocently, if you ask kindly he may leave you alone for now but if not he probably just cling onto you to mess with you (he finds funny your annoyed expression)

Tsukasa knows you are stronge but he doesn't fear you, he has no problem with going full strength against you if you two end up fighting (as much as he doesn't has problems with killing other supernaturals he doesn't want to kill you, not when you are so funny to be around). Tsukasa finds really interesting and funny to see you doing your work as an exorsist so he sometimes ask Sakura to change the rumors to something really big and dangerous just for you to having to fight against them, and when it isn't that he himself mess with the most weak supernatural to try to create one big supernatural just for you to having to fight it (he is even proud about his creating and ask you how it was, if it was good and if you liked it)

Tsukasa quickly becomes demanding and pretty possessive, he doesn't understand and doesn't care that you go to that school to take classes and more than once he will make you skip classes just so you two could hang out or because he wants to show you something, even if you don't want he will drag you with him because Tsukasa isn't going to accept a no as response

Little by little Tsukasa start to completely monopolize you, for him it doesn't matter if he brings you problems in your personal life, he just want you to himself, also he has no problem with resorting to dirty tricks, like forcing you or scaring you to be with him, even if he has to attack you by surprise just to have all your attention for himself

The Minamoto Family has been engaged in exorcism for a long time and Teru, for being the firstborn of the next generation, he has been trained to be an exorsist since he was really young. Since you are an exorsist too that is the main reason why the two of you met in the first place, and probably you two know since a young age too

For being so stronge the two of you are the main people in charge of exorcising the supernaturals around the city and you two have been working together for a long time, and for that Teru is grateful, being an exorsist is a really rough job but having someone by his side it makes it more bearable

Since the start Teru felt atracted to you, maybe is that you are really stronge or maybe that you can understand how he feels for having to spend all his time in this job, even if you are more introvert or even shy he has no problem with being the one who start being the talktive one at first

The relasionship you two have together quickly grows for how much time you two spend together, even you two had spend some time training together too at some point. As well, his feelings slowly grows stronger and stronger with the time and still because of your job it could go unnoticed for a long time how clingy and possessive he grows with you, hidding it by his excitment to see you again and to work together (what he always express, specially if you get flustered, making you flustered just increase his ego)

Teru doesn't like much his job, having to spend all his live fighting with supernaturals isn't his ideal and you sharing the same fate with him is something that troubled him but at the same time make things a little better, he loves that thanks to being exorsist he can spend almost all your time together and monopolize you but in the other hand he hates that you give your life to fight supernaturals without other option

Sometimes, while things are a little more peaceful or you two are taking a break Teru likes to talk about what you two could do if you weren't busy all the time, jokinly telling you about dates he will like to take you in or even a future together without having to be exorcist with his usual charming smile, even if you take it as a joke or ask him to stop for being flustered he just softly laugh at your reaction but he actually mean what he said, and he isn't planing to let you go anytime soon (it irritated him a little if you take it as a joke but he is confident that with time you will see how serious he is being with this)

Your relasionship could be seem very calm since Teru is really good at hidding his possessiveness, however there is something that dangerously triggers him, he had been feeling like you two have an unbreakable bond, that you two are mean to be together and that nothing can separate you two, he feels like everything goes perfect between you two until he sees you outside your job, seeing you one day hanging out with others (or if you two go to the same school it trigger him seeing others being too close and touchy with you, however for being the school prince he has an advantage), even if they are just your friends is pretty shocking for him

Teru is really possessive, he does not own his own life and it isn't like has other option so you and your relationship is something that he feels that he can fully possessive and have control over it so seeing you be happy with others make him anxious, he may be too shocked and angry the moment he sees you so he will just confront you about it later (but still trying to seem calm). Also, thanks to this Teru grows a little more controlling, trying to lead you to go to the same school with him (even using the mysteries as an excuse) just for you two to spend more and more time together, and he being able do watch your interaction with other and rip off any possible threat

Most of the time Teru tries to keep his charming facade while talking to you but it could be that, since you know him for a long time you can tell that he isn't bring sincere, something is bothering him, still he will just cover it with saying that he is worried about you, but after this he is more and more possessive and a little more manipulative, trying to lull you to do what he wants, he doesn't trust in the people around you and he will try to make you distrust them too

Teru can go as far as training until he feels his body shatter and feeling short of breath every day to be able to become more and more strong until he finally surpass yourself in power so you could depend on him, as well to have an advantage over you

Akane Sumire

Since a young age Sumire knew that her fate was to be sacrificed to the god to bring peace to the village, she hates it but she just accept it because in reallity she doesn't really have another option, however she never lost her smile

After the village lost the last exorsist of the Minamoto Clan Sumire started to train to be able to protect the village as the Kannagi, although it could be that you are part of Minamoto Clan as the next exorcist in training or that you came to the village one day and were welcome to take the place as the exorcist, in any case Sumire is really willing to meet you and excited to learn from you

Sumire isn't the type to fall in love immediatly, specialy with her position, so you two start as friends, quickly becoming close and despite all the hate and warnings of the villagers it become pretty common to see you, Sumire and Hakubo together around

Sumire always plays innocent with that smiles of her, but the moment she warms up with you she start to be more clingy and truly smiles at you. It doesn't take her long to notice that she feels a true happines with you, one that she only feels when she is with Hakubo or when she is healing wounded animals she have found, you don't treat her as the Kannagi but as a friend and that makes her extremely happy, being with you makes Sumire feel like everything is fine, heck it even make her forget what her fate is at times, she loves the feeling she has when she is with you and she isn't going to lose you

Sumire isn't always honest with her feelings with you, she tend to complain a lot about how bad temporary husband Hakubo and still, deep down in her heart, the only person she wants to be with is you, Sumire lies during training with you saying that she can't do it just for you to focus your completely attention in her a little longer to explain her how to do it again, even more just so you will touch her to explain her how to hold the weapons, Sumire lies and smiles like if she doesn't hate that place, like if she doesn't think that you and Hakubo are the only worthy people of protect in there, and Sumire isn't complety sincere when he tells you that she likes your company because in reality she wants you all for herself, she wants to trap you in her arms, she want for you to depend on her and NEED her as much as she does with you

Also, Sumire loves to play innocent with you, just like when she gets into more troubles just for you to came and stand up for her, defending her from the other villagers, just as she gets really aggresive towards who dare to say something bad about you or start questioning your relasionship

Little by little Sumire start to monopolize all your time with every excuse she can, acting like a perfect wife to you too, healing your injuries carefuly and with love, making you flowers crowns, physicaly clinging to you, acting all cute and innocent, anything she can do to make you fall in her trap to make you hers forever, Hakubo knows exactly what she is doing but he isn't going to say anything about it, he haven't been asked to do it after all

Sumire admire your strength, she truly find it amazing but it isn't really a threaten for her or her plans to be with you forever, it would be even an advantage since she is really smart and can easily lull you to do what she wants, and even if the manipulation doesn't work it doesn't matter, she has learned a lot from you and she can always ask Hakubo to force you or restrain you until you finally accept to be with her

Sumire can't forget about her position as the Kannagi, even if she tries Sumire is still fully aware of her fate, she had given up some time ago choosing to just enjoy the time she had and hoping for all the village to fall into hell after her dead, however now that you are in her live she wants to stay alive a little longer just to be with you, to have you, so some days before the ritual cames she talks to Hakubo about it, saying that it would be amazing for the three of you to just go away and start a new life, go somewhere where all of you can be together, finishing her speach by asking Hakubo to end with the village, make them live a hell in the earth just like she always wanted so the three of you could just leave and Hakubo can't say no when he is asked to do something, however this time he isn't doing it just because he had been ordered to do so

🕰️He fits the picture of obsession quite well because he quite literally only shows any interest when it is something that involves you. He only seems to really care when you are involved and that has led him to know you better than most others. His attention is all the time only focused on you and that has resulted in him obsessively noticing all the little things about you and I wouldn’t be surprised if he even keeps some sort of journal where he writes down all his knowledge he collects over time as well as his favorite memories of you. He pretty much adapts himself to your own interests and likes which basically means that whatever interests and appeals to you will appeal to him as well for the mere reason that you enjoy it. He is honestly such a simp around his darling as his affection drowns out his rationality and sense of reasoning.

🕰️As one of the three Clock Keepers, Akane is likely to abuse the powers he has been given. He’s able to stop time for five minutes but only three times a day on campus. Sometimes he wishes he could do it as much as he wants but he makes the best out of those few minutes by admiring you whilst frozen in time. Sometimes he even dares to hold your hands or kiss you in your paused state, although there is always this feeling of guilt and shame that follows him afterwards. He is honestly quite dedicated in following you around as much as he can because he wants to spend as much time with you as possible. Despite his obvious affection, Akane is rather protective. He knows about the Supernatural as one of the Clock Keepers and he believes that they don’t know the value of human life. Since this school holds quite a few Supernatural, he does his best to keep them away from you as much as he can.

🕰️Akane is most certainly prone to the feelings of jealousy and envy as he is acting that way the moment someone is involved who isn’t you. As hyper focused as he is on you, it is only natural that he would be quite unhappy and dissatisfied with the situation the moment someone else is involved. That doesn’t mean that Akane is as delusional to pretend that you don’t need to spend so much time with others if you have him, although a part of him wishes you would. What it leaves him with though is a bitter feeling that he holds for quite a while which makes him act quite cynical and arctic around whoever made him jealous, his eyes coldly observing them. In some extreme cases of jealousy I can even see him using his time stopping abilities to mess with the other person so that they embarrass themselves in front of you.

🕰️He knows that from a moral perspective he shouldn’t do what he does and it has to be said that he is being a hypocrite by doing so. Yet Akane uses his position as a Clock Keeper to intimidate and scare away not only other Supernatural beings in the school but also all students who he views as a threat. As a Clock Keeper ordinarily people can’t see him, he has his ability to stop time for five minutes three times a day and even as a human he is quite strong, although being a Clock Keeper has only added to his strength. Throw then in the additional fact that he’s a smart and hardworking student and you have someone who shouldn’t be provoked. Akane always has a plan for something and that includes how he deals with bullies or even those he views as rivals. Most commonly he lulls them into some isolated corner on the school campus only to use his abilities and to scare them then. He is terribly protective so I can definitely see him justifying some of his horrible behavior.

🕰️A slice of manipulation is never to be forgotten either when it comes to Akane. He wholeheartedly loves you and that has led Akane to the point where he will see himself as justified with some of the actions he takes since he has done it out of love. Once he is a Clock Keeper, he has suddenly a new burden on his shoulders which only strengthens his belief that he knows by now more about you. He definitely wants to be someone you always view as the closest person to you yet some of the tactics he uses to ensure this are just plainly wrong. His lies can hurt your feelings and the way he uses his powers to scare you on the school campus only to make himself in his human form appear more heroic and reliable is plainly wrong. Akane likes to defend himself against any guilt by thinking that he only uses such methods if you start closing yourself off from him.

🕰️In hindsight Akane seems quite two-faced and he seems to be at least partially aware of this too. Since his darling most likely has no association with anything supernatural besides the rumors in school, it isn’t likely that they will find out about Akane’s secret either. Perhaps this is for the best because Akane is sure that you would lose all trust and love in him if you would ever find out how he has abused his abilities to scare others away from you or to get closer to you. The contrast between the sappy boy with glasses and the Clock Keeper who manipulates things within your surroundings only to claim that it’s for your own protection is jarring after all. Akane tries to spend as much time with you as he can, from walking you home to helping you in school either a subject you’re not so good in.

as the winter closed in, there was a chilling presence in the air. i stepped back into the school, noticing the frost that had settled gently against the glass panes of the windows, i tugged my woollen hat down my head further in order to keep the heat in. while strolling through the barren halls i took notice of the oddly quiet atmosphere, sure it had been an hour or so since school ended but usually i could hear some clubs closing up, or at least hanako and yashiro. i made a mental notice of the abnormality, but continued my way to the broadcasting room.

i wonder to myself if i took too long, i had tried to be on time, considering i had to be finished with my homework in an hour- despite being forced to deal with a whole weeks worth in such a small amount of time i was expected to do it all. thanks to tsukasa. according to him if i spaced it out evenly i did it in small parts every day that was “too much time wasted that i could be spent with him” although he’s happy with putting my education on the line…

well at least that’s the only thing he’s endangering- id it were up to him i’d be 6 feet under, my ghost being tormented by his antics constantly.

but like i was going allow that, i’d been firm with him since the day i met him, no matter what happens between us- i am not bound to him and i am not dying for him. sure i loved him..

i loved him more than anything. even if i acted like i hated him, and he got on my nerves like mad, and he was a terrible person, i still loved him. and he loved me. he made it very obvious what he wanted out of me- for me to belong to him. tsukasa was very possessive, especially if he owned an object, but even if it wasn’t his- he would do anything to keep it. and that’s what i hated, i am not an object and i am not something to be kept, or protected; i don’t belong to anyone! his whole ideology goes against everything i stand for, but he just doesn’t listen.

it’s constant affection, constant attention, constant interrogations, he has to know where i am, what i’m doing, who i’m with always. but i’m not a child, fucks sake i am my own person. yet he’s always going on at me how i need to be bound to him, he’ll give me whatever i want as long as i belong to him, he can kill me and we’ll be together forever, i’ll be his princess. but i want to live. i want to make a life for myself, make my family proud, have my own family one day. but yet i love him with every atom in my being..

i stopped dead in my tracks, as i heard hanako’s boyish laugh, my eyebrows knitted as i realised i missed the last flight of stairs, too absorbed in my own thoughts.

“aren’t bound but you’re wrapped around his finger aren’t you?” he said, his cheeky smile adorning his face.

i huffed, preparing myself reply to his quip before i was interrupted by a cold, ghostly figuring wrapping itself around my back.

“y/n! what’re you doing here? you were meant to be in the broadcasting room ages ago!” he whined in my ear, his grip around my waist tightening, his sinister grip on my contrasted against his childish words.

“amane! i see you found y/n!” his face brightened as he saw his brother, while hanako stood his ground, yet uncomfortably. yashiro backed away from me towards him.

“she found me, i’m guessing looking for you,” he said coldly, as tsukasa craned his neck.

“why were you there.” there was a bite in this voice, it was just me and him in the far part of the room, closed off from the 2 other members.

“i don’t know, i was just wondering and was thinking about some… stuff and didn’t even have where i was going on my mind,” i spoke softly, noticing his tense tone and his blank face- he exhibited no emotion.

“i’m not looking for excuses.” he spoke, his dark eyes barring holes into my e/c ones.

“i was on my way to you tsukasa, i promise,” i tried to reason with him, evidently hating the atmosphere.

“when how did you get there y/n, how did to get to amane when you were on your way to the basement?”

“i.. don’t know. i’m just stressed, ok? i’ve got a lot on my mind right now,” i was so close to giving up, walking out of this stupid club and going home to get the first good nights sleep i would get in months. he has me constantly cooped up here until the late evenings. just because he “can’t dread the afterlife with out me.”

“you’re not going home anymore.” he stated, his face still unchanged as mine blew up before him.

“i need to do my homework- my parents will kill me tsukasa! i can’t do this to myself, i need to finish my studies, i can’t always be here with you! my education matters, i put up with you all in my face while i am meant to be learning, set aside my home work to be with you, walk home in the dark all on my own and get god knows how many hours of sleep all for you!” i screamed, i was tired, and the bags under my eyes said that for me. just as i stood up to leave and turned my back on him, he grabbed me from behind.

“you won’t have to worry about any of that anymore, now be a good girl and sit back down for me,” i heard him whisper in my ear, as i tried to break out of his grip i left something sharp and cold appear next to my neck.

he had a knife against my throat.

“now are you going to listen to me?” he grinned.

i silently sat opposite to him, as we had been previously, he could feel the fear aching off me, he was basking in this work, his face staring lovingly yet proudly at my trembling body.

“you really should’ve told me this sooner,” he sighed, playing with the silver knife, spinning it between his fingers.

i said nothing, unsure of what would be the right response.

“are you gonna reply or just sit there shaking like a leaf?” he giggled, before he patted his lap, indicating for me to sit.

i slowly get steadily sat on his lap, as he cuddled into me, taking a deep breathe from his noise while his hands were feeling every inch of me.

“i’m going to miss you being so warm,” he said to himself, i shiver went down my spine.

“what.. do you mean?” my voice was so quiet, i couldn’t manage to speak above a whisper’s volume.

“i’m doing you a favour, i’m going to take away all these bad feelings from my baby, how does that sound?” he teased me with his fingers, sensually moving them against my thighs, i melted into his touch.

The Sewing/Home Economics Club!

Hazu is the president and only active member of the club, whereas the majority are all ghost members. Ghost members are those who joined a club in name only and there to fill in numbers. They'll typically join club activities every once in a while to secure their spot. Ayano joins the club during the Drama Club's play productions begin.

The club was disbanded years before and was only recently revived, leaving Hazu as the de-facto president since the previous one wanted to focus on entrance exams. Because of this, Toga Tabara was able to join, but as a ghost member.

Below is Galatea Acts spoilers/dynamics:

Ayano joins the sewing club due to being to the rule that students must join a club or face disciplinary action. She was invited to join the Drama Club alongside Kenchou after he auditioned for a role in their murder mystery dinner theater production, but she declined. Since he insists they go home together after club activities, Ayano is forced to find a way to kill time and remembers the rule of joining a club. Not wanting a lot of noise or attention, she walks around to find one that fit the requirements.

Despite the Gaming/Subculture Club insisting she's a member, she isn't officially on the list, and then finds the Sewing/Home Economics Club... kinda. The room is quiet aside from the sole sewing machine at work, and she encounters Hazu Kashibuchi. After a messy first introduction, he allows her to stay here so long as she doesn't bother him. She agrees and sits in the club room for the next few days before asking to join.

Kenchou eventually finds out about her joining and tells her that she should hurry and get other members or else it'll disbanded. So Ayano, having befriended Ousa Nakashima and Raimu Fumetsu prior to this, invites the two to join as they have yet to join a club. When Hanako Yamada transfers in, Ousa gets her to sign up as well. Seeing his classmate, Raimu, coming from the sewing club room, Toga Tabara, checks the club and is immediately recruited as a ghost member.

(best to worst) Skill / Interest level:

Hazu is incredibly skilled with sewing. He's made more than half the dolls and designed apparel, some can be seen hanging on the wall. Unfortunately, he's horrible with speaking so during club president meetings, not only is he the youngest, he's also the most soft spoken, so the budget isn't as fairly divided towards the sewing club.

Ayano is automatically the vice president. She knows how to sew and mend, but isn't motivated in starting any new projects. She prefers doing the inventory check and looking over others' works. However, if you provide her a pattern or blueprint, she can easily replicate it.

Raimu learned how to do embroidery and tailoring when she was young due to her strict family upbringing. It was meant to be early bridal training. She has her own sewing machine and feels more comfortable using it so she brought it to the club. She's the muscle of the club so she and Ayano do a lot of the shopping.

Ousa is fairly new to the idea of sewing, but enjoyed it so much that she started practicing at home. She likes making accessories more than clothes. Her favorite things to make are key chains and bracelets, making a new matching pair for Raimu.

Toga doesn't have much interest but he can do the basics. Due to his status as a ghost member, he doesn't know where all of the materials are and opts to help organize or clean rather than partake in club activities. He's pushed to be more involved by the others, especially Hanako.

Hanako has little to no interest, but her competitive nature pushes her to learn how to improve. She refuses to be seen as the worst, yet her impatience is her downfall so she gets frustrated too easily. Her ideas get too big for her current skill level so there's a box dedicated to her attempts.
