Just curious do you think Yanfei x Heizou could work as couple?

heizou is a little shit (affectionate) and i think yanfei would be great at putting up with that. she would go along with his shenanigans most of the time—she doesn’t mind bending the rules, but if he straight up breaks the law during investigations she’ll probably keep him in line. kujou sara would love her LMAO

and even though she can be level-headed and knows how to rein him in, heizou’s flirting would most definitely get to her sometimes :) like if it catches her off guard her cheeks will turn the color of her hair and she shuts down JSBDJFHD

but i think she’d also flirt back with him when she has her wits about her since she is also a menace. and when they are both being menaces it’s terrifying for whatever criminal they’re after or investigating because they share one brain cell and it’s bouncing back and forth between them, but like it works because they’re in sync and know what the other is thinking. interrogations with these two would be incredible to watch

YES!! in general, i really like the catalyst users. i know people tend to complain about them being clunky and difficult to play with but they aren't entirely hard to get used to... the only exception, i would say is klee but i think it's because i'm used to yanfei's more fluid playstyle.

heizou is so fucking fun, when i got him i was so happy because then i could use him in a taser team :DD and omg it is SO FUN

and yanfei... her range is so UGHHH i love her so much. when when paired with mona or xingqiu or yelan, they are incredible together <33

First full Yanzou art. I'm exhausted :D. I adore how this came out, the struggle was worth it. I decided to add some weird line shading at the last minute, but it doesn't look too bad haha.

I'll definitely try to draw more of these two (and my other ships lol), I just need some time to mentally recharge after drawing 2 genshin designs in a row

As per tradition for me, I have a designated AU for these two, which is a Brooklyn 99 AU! i haven't watched it yet ;_;. Jake Peralta is Heizou, Amy Santiago is Yanfei, and I'm stuck between Thoma or Kazuha being Charles lol. The main cast more focuses around the Inazuma characters, but I decided to have Yanfei as Amy bc I think (in theory) their personalities fit. I might make a seperate post about this AU

Imagine that Heizou is called to investigate a particularly gruesome murder all the way in Liyue, and after hearing this he goes straight to Shinobu to ask for advice on where to start. Shinobu recommends going to the esteemed lawyer (and Shinobu's friend) Yanfei, who will help him with any legal troubles in his investigation (and is generally a nice person to be around.) When Heizou lands in Liyue, he doesn't hesitate to track down the young lawyer, and they hit it off almost immediately. As the detective goes through solving the case, Yanfei keeps him out of legal trouble, gives some of her own advice on how to close the case, and they generally grow closer (and develop some feelings). After the murder is eventually solved, the only thing left to do is take legal action, which means Heizou really has no reason not to go back to his home nation. But will he go back and leave things unsaid between them...?
