Theme: Bomay is home There is a thing about this city and it’s trains, unlike any other city or ther popular of commute. This city is not run by machines, or fuel or electricity or money as it might look like on the surfece, it is run by it’s people, people who came from somewhere else but now they call it their home, people who work tiredlessly to keep this city running, when there is a bomb blast, we turn opur cars into ubers to help people reach their homes, when there is flooding, we open our hearts and homes to complete strangers so that they don’t have to spend the night on the road or at the stations, we are Mumbaikars andf we believe in the good, we beleive innever giving up; we believe that when we come together to help eachother and not to harm eachother, we can do increadable amounts of good. The pervious weekend I had the pleasue of spending a whole day with @coach_entreprenuer who is such a great soul, such a great mentor and coach and I feel, am blessed to have the chance to spend time and learn from such a great person. Also she gifted me this state of the art, absolutely one of a kind duster and white board marker, which shall be pave way for me to do great things and light the path in times of darkness and fear! Omg the rains are here! Did are tell you the rains are here! But you know what, hold on a sec, as much as I love rains this year it has been crazy. Within the first week of monsoon it has rained for crazy long hours and flooded half the state, I've heard people have died and the navy had to come in to rescue people, yeah like WTF! There are parts of the country that are running out of water and then there are parts which are drowning, guess why is it so? Cus climate change, cus as a race our energy requirements are beyond control and we choose power everything by burning dinosaur bones, the wrose we choose money and short term gains over sustainability and long term gains. Major throwback to those days when I was new in this city and it was the first time I ever went to Marine drive. It was crazy, this city is crazy, there is water everywhere, too fast, too crazy, take time to wrap your head around it.
