Less and less was missing. Only a few pairs of scarlet eyes were missing and he could finally have them all. Then he would travel to Lukso and make a tomb for each of them. Kurapika looked at the eyes that were in front of him, how they seemed to be looking back at him, what were they thinking? There were a couple of them that looked more opaque. He sighed, silently, gently running a pair of fingers over the cold glass that contained them. There, in the church's wake room, Kurapika lost count of how many hours he spent there, but there were too many. His gaze was empty, lifeless, even without wearing his contact lenses, his gaze was dull. His heart beat warmly but slowly, so slowly that a doctor would worry. But he had nothing, just a deep emptiness inside him, sadness. He wanted to cry, sometimes he just wanted to cry like a small child would cry when separated from his parents, but the tears didn't come out either. He was kneeling in front of the eyes of his family and friends when he could feel a familiar presence on the other side of the door. "If you're alone you can come in, if not, leave" his voice came out almost like a thread without strength.

The room sounded like a grave. Senritsu was no strangers to graves- the group of traveling people her Mother and father had belonged to had earned and still earned most of their money by selling music-instruments made of human bones to Bodypart-collectors and for that the group often would seek out cemetrys to empty the graves just as normal instrument builders would cut off the branches from a big tree until only the naked trunk was left like a gravestone. The Musician had learned her craft from that group, but after she had left she had never been to a cemetry again-she had no problems using bones for her work after all what made a person a person was already long gone when the flesh had peeled off the bones, but cemetrys were not for those bones but for the living people to visit and she was not cruel enough to disturb those people when they seeked the quietness of their own thoughts by their loved ones graves. But cemetrys could be left for the person in mourning to join the world of the living. And Kurapika had not left that room for a long time. "I am alone.", Senritsu hummed gently; quietly even, as if she was worried Kurapika would flinch away from the sound of another voice. Still the door squeaked much too loud when the woman stepped in and Senritsu herself flinched uncomfortably and she flinched again because every single step towards where Kurapika was sitting seemed to be as loud as a scream. It felt wrong disturbing the silence, it felt wrong beeing in this room with something that felt like the graves of people that she did not knew, it felt wrong for her beeing there with someone who looked to quietly mourne. But Kurapika was there. And she was worried for him. So her hand was warm and gentle when she reached for his shoulder. "It is cold in here." The woman said, knowing that the room had to be kept on a lower temperature to not overburden the mechanics on the eye-containers so they would not fail and the eyes would start to rot. Still, it did not changed the fact that is was indeed cold inside the room. Still, it did not changed the fact that Kurapika had been in this room for a long time. Still it did not changed the fact that she was worried for the other. "You sound tiered, Kurapika. Have you not slept well?" The woman said and knew the answeralready, but her worried voice sounded more as if she was saying: Are you alright? I know you are not alright. Can I help you in some way? Tell me what I can do to help you. Please tell me what you need to make you feel better. [ @skarletchains ]

Ok so right off the bat the venue was utter shite... plymouth pavilions need to sort out their shit tbh i already mentioned how the line was INSANELY large & took probs like 35 mins to get thru which is ridiculous like not all the seats were even filled and yet they seemed so overwhelmed by the amount of people !? Like brother in my brother of sister daniel you fucking sold those tickets !?!?

2nd frustrating venue thing was they didn't allow u to bring water in & like yeh i should have checked before hand but like they wouldn't even let me bring in my empty bottle (thankfully loads of other people left theirs outside so I just put mine there) & there wasn't even like any obvious place to get a glass of water from (the whole venue was a fucking maze it was v confusing)

& cos of those 2 things I went into the show with a generally shitty mood (not helped by me being tired cos I did a lot of travelling & general stressing today)

Amd all of that to say that I'm ready to think that a lot of my immediate takeaway from the show was influenced (ha!) by this cos... guys I was sorta kinda disappointed? OK not rly disappointed that's too strong a term, but just like...idk... I can't think of any other term pfft

Like dont get me wrong it was super fun! I loved a lot of the segments (boxing one was brilliant lol, I wish the confessions one had gone on for longer just so we had more of the MAJESTY of sister Daniel (legit had a kinda holy experience seeing her irl ngl), role model/alternative versions of dnp was a rly fun bit too, loved the ending song ofc, Phil! Just phil being phil! Like words can't describe how legit amazing (ha!) That man is fr (Dan is great too of COURSE and his energy was SO good!), also in general the look of it was rly great! In general honestly I had a blast! So many funny moments (ohh special mention to the whole CUM CUM CUM thing I legit cried w/ laughter lol)

But I think some of my criticism are ... it didn't feel as coherent as a show as we're all doomed (which I saw live) or tatinof (which I have only seen in that vid where they reacted to it lol) (I'm less familiar w/ interactive introverts so maybe tit is more like that idk?) Like narrative wise it was all over the place lol? The initial doll segment was fun until it dragged a bit (felt kinda like the good place time knife meme like yehyeh the 2nd London apartment that was actually 2 we all know about that), some of the audience shouting out segments also felt a bit a bit repetitive (also as someone not in the bottom part of the theatre it wasn't as if they'd hear any of us so it felt redundant to try shouting... also also I don't like shouting lol)

I also think the emotional through line wasn't as strong as wad.. like I did love phil's lil solo part (tho the light was shining directly in my eyes so I could actually see him saying it pfft) & in general ofc loved thr message of community & how as much as I think for a lot of us dnp helped us through a lot of shit, we've helped them through a lot of shit (& sometimes caused the shit lol) like that is lovely & beautiful ofc

But idk... I think maybe the problem was I went expecting a lot more emotional stuff or maybe just like more of a narrative but like idrk if the whole terrible influence thing played that big a role in the general show... so it was mostly just fun & silly which is fine in itself but maybe I just set my expectations to the wrong setting lol???

Idk... I also yhink that maybe im just a different type of phan than a lot of the other people at the show and maybe not the specific phan it was catered for... I've never rly necessarily found that I connected specifically to the phandom community... like idk maybe I've always just kinda been on the edge of it ? Like I didn't even used to blog about them that much until the last few yrs ? Idk these are just rambling incoherent thoughts that make no sense honestly I just wish I'd gone with my sister... I think going to shows alone is fine but also it's always better to share it w/ someone... anyway im going w/ her to see lana in the summer so that should make up for this god this post is a mESS lol I hope no one is reading it

Oh and final nitpick: the pre show music wasn't as good as wad lol... like granted i mightve missed some stuff but there was a lot of rly weird music that I'd never heard before that all sounded rly new and tiktoky and like don't get me wrong I am a HUGE pop fan (obv lol i lovr kpop after all) but idk it didn't feel super dnp to me...like where was the muse? Did they play muse and I missed it? I did like that they played toxic tho lol classic)

I do also wanna apologise to the girl sitting next to me she probs thought I was an utter grouch lol it wasnt u it was me I'm just awkward and tired and pissed off and my data wasn't loading tumblr so I couldn't even distract myself lol..

(There was a Straight Boyfriend on my other side who spent a lot of the show with his arms crossed lol... he did laugh occasionally tho pfft)

But yeh all in all..... I hada good time! It was definitely worth seeing, they're both so good at performing and riffing with the audience & just funny and beautiful ofc like it was a total PLEASURe (phleasure) to see them in their element but I think my own expectations and shitty mood got in the way of me truly vibing with it as much as I had hoped...

ok i will say this that as much as only friends fucked it's own ass i really liked the fact that Mew was somewhere on the ace spectrum and quite touch averse and Top really respected that and Mew obviously ended up enjoying himself because he felt safe and comfortable and Top didn't give him shit for being a virgin? I'm glad he did it on his own terms and in his own time. His stupid asshole friends who gave him shit about it gave me the yurgh but i am glad he did it when he was ready and not before bc that pressure is kinda real!! On a more serious note: Senritsu has a long sexual history because she is the kind of person that is easy to flirt with, easy to fall in love with but also very hard to actually love. So 99% of her sexual history are either one-night-stands or very short relationships. And with short relationships it means that Senritsus personal record is eight months of a long-distance romantic relationship before the woman met someone else and wrote Senritsu that while she still loved her, she was for the other the first priority, which Senritsu as a Hunter and travler was very understanding of. In that manner, Senritsu can say that she had actually three serious relationships from the age of fourteen to twenthy-one: Her first relationship as a teenager with the band-singer of one of the many music-bands build up in the music-consortium she studied at and of which Senritsu was a member of all of them thanks to the social butterfly she is, lasted six months and started with the two girls sleeping with eachother when the teenagers were celebrating beletaine and ended when this one of many music-bands dispatched due to the head of the band running away to become a rockstar, so the girls nolonger saw eachother regulary and eventually sepperated. Continueing with another relationship when she was eighteen to a woman she met at the Hunter-exam that lasted the mentioned eight months and started with the woman traveling first with Senritsu for three months and then settling down to train/prepare for the next Hunter- exam, which lead to them eventually sepperating. Senritsu would later find out that this woman became a Hunter herself and even met her again, although this was when she was already cursed and therefor the other did not recognized her. Senritsu preferred it that way. While between those two relationships Senritsu had numerouse flings , as she is obviously very extroverted and flirty and very often just ended up collecting friends-with benefits, she cut off ever contact she had after she was cursed. Which ended even the friendships (or friends with benefits relationships) she had had before she was cursed. After she was cursed, Senritsu had only one longer relationship of pitiful meager four months with the head of an Artmuseum in a city she had settled down for overwintering because she had been hired to restore a 500- year- old Harph and ended up clicking with that artmuseums head. They sepperated amicable (Senritsu would continue to travel and he knew he could not accompany her as his duty lay with his work in that city) and he is one of the references in Senritsus resumee. He also still has very lascivious photographes of her, which is a running gag between them for whenever Senritsu calls him so he could send the pictures of her work on the harph to a new client of hers, he also asks if he should send the other art-photographs too, which always ends with both of them just hysterically giggling.

Eventually Senritsu was very bad at keeping serious romantic relationships due to her beeing restless and unable to put those relationships over her own work. However, consideirng Senritsu and Ask were friends since nine years without barely a day appart, it shows that Senritsu can live with other peple if they would actually accompany her and share her joy in her work/ their work. In that manne rit can be said: Senritsu has a very long sexual history, because all but three of her relationships are one-night-stands or friends-with-benefits relationships and it got even worse after she was cursed, because that was also the time she started working on the wrong side of the law and even her friends-with-nebefits relationships were reduced to one-night-stands because she was worried that any long-lasting connections to her would be dangeoruse for those people.
