Chimsujeong Pavilion, a cultural heritage pavilion in South Korea

In Korea, Yeongdeok is a beautiful place with the sea and is famous for its outstanding mountain scenery located at the end of the Taebaek Mountains.

There is a famous valley, which has been eroded by several tributaries over the huge bedrock for many years, with unique landscapes such as waterfalls, ponds, and potholes,  along the valley.

Crystal clear streams originating in the Palgaksan and Dongdaesan mountains meet bere in Chimsujeong Valley. Amazingly shaped rocks are among the valley's most scenic attractions in the valley, there are 37 scenic spots including Sargui-am (Three Tortoise Rock), Haksodas (Crane Nest Rock), Byeongpungseok (Folding Screen Rock), Twolbong(Sun and Moon Peak). and Jinju-am (Pearl Rock), each believed to hold a legendary story. At the valley's entrance, there is a pavilion Chimsujeong which was built by Son, Sungeul during the Joseon dynasty

Poems and writings by various writers from the 18th to 19th centuries depict the scenery of the Chimsujeong and Okgye Valley and even today, it is possible to face a landscape like a landscape, so its historical and cultural value is also outstanding

Painting trees and zelkova trees are planted in the pine-centered forest around Chimsujeong, so you can enjoy seasonal scenery, and between the rock walls, there is a natural habitat for round-leaf pheasants, which are rare and endangered plants

Light of the Ocean is built on the side of the road leading to Yeongdeok Sunrise Park. The park is located on the eastern coast, with an unmanned lighthouse and wooden promenades, using wood from trees that were damaged in a large fire here in 1997.  Additional attractions within the park include a pergola, musical fish statues, and an ecological education field.
