二胡演奏家陸軼文呈獻《中國花鼓》二胡改編版本 Tambourin Chinois on Erhu by Yiwen Lu
陸軼文 Yiwen Lu
中國知名二胡演奏家、上海音樂學院二胡教師,兼中國民族管弦樂協會二胡學會理事。
One of the best-known erhu players in China, Yiwen Lu is director of the Erhu Committee of the China Nationalities Orchestra Society, and currently teaches erhu at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
In recent years she has been active in performing and promoting the erhu all over the world. She was invited to perform at the Opening Ceremony of 2016 China-Egypt Cultural Year. As a soloist, she has collaborated with major orchestras and given concerts in the Antarctic Great Wall Station, the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Israel, Singapore, Japan, Egypt, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Oh, this scene was absolutely incredible. When Dai Xi and Xue Yang realized that Cheng Hao kidnapped Chi Lu and they came to rescue him. Xue Yang drew away the guards and Dai Xi went in and...
Wow, this scene was so perfectly shot. When Dai Xi found Chi Lu, all bound and drugged out of his mind. He was so out of it and she was so worried about him. And the music in the background, the simple piano melody, those high keys... Really, music is one of this drama's best points. My heart was honestly breaking when that tune played. Like, when you listen to it you just know that this drama can't end well.
Also, I can't believe that Cheng Hao really killed Gao Yiwen. That he just walked up to her and... stabbed her. I mean, don't get me wrong, Cheng Hao's descend into darkness is incredibly well written and so believable, it's not overdone. Still... they all used to be best friends!

Your tears glisten with pain in their fragility
The pale crescent hooks the past
The endless night has crystallised into frost
Who is it in the loft, destitute with cold hopelessness?
The rain slowly patters on the vermillon window
My life is a tattered page battered by the winds
Far-off dreams fading into mist
Your image has been dissipated by the wind
Wilted chrysanthemums are spread across the floor; even your smile has turned faintly yellow
The falling flowers induce sadness, and my thoughts languish
In the passing of the north wind and the dusk, your shadow lingers on
And standing by the lake, I only have my own reflection for company
Responding to the dusk, the flowers shed their brilliant shine
They wilter on life's path, meeting a tragic fate
Don't cross the river in melancholy, if you ain't broke your melancholy.
You may spend a lifetime drifting, never reaching the shore
Whose empire is it now? The sound of horse hoofs thunders in the distance.
My resplendent armour decays with the hounds of time
Your soft sigh heralds the first ray of dawn
The conclusion to another restless night
Wilted chrysanthemums are spread across the floor; even your smile has turned faintly yellow
The falling flowers induce sadness, and my thoughts languish
In the passing of the north wind and the dusk, your shadow lingers on
And standing by the lake, I only have my own reflection for company
