This is so random but in my head Modern AU Lirin when he was younger was like mildly goth(and Hesina was into that idc)

And Adolin is like “omg my dad used to wear such trashy clothes back in the 2000’s” and he shows a picture of just like younger Dalinar in a general 2000’s outfit

And kaladin goes “my dad dressed pretty cool in the 2000’s” (kaladin would not WEAR goth but he would find the style nice

And Adolin goes “oh fr show me” expecting like smth prim and proper because Kaladin dresses like that rn (sue me.) and thats what style he would expect 1. Kaladin to like 2. Lirin to wear because Adolin has Met Kaladin’s Father
