How would you describe the (possible) reunion of Lunar and Eclipse? How much angst (trauma) is going to bleed out of that interaction? Is Eclipse even interested (if he's still alive that is) to find out where his "brother" is? And if he's alive, does Lunar know of this fact too?

OOOOooo! My first question! Sorry about the possibly late reply, this week's been hectic.

But to answer the question, it will be very... emotional. Bordering on angsty?

I've been wanting to set up just what kind of relationship Eclipse and Lunar had as brothers, which I'll get more into in a couple of chapters when I switch to the POV of how Lunar and Earth are faring on their week-long getaway.

But... I don't mind a small spoiler. Let's just say that the downfall of his empire has left Eclipse in a... trapped situation. Physically and Emotionally. And since before the 'big incident' Lunar and Eclipse hadn't seen each other. They actually had some sort of conversation, Lunar went to his room, then 'the event' happened.

So do they know if each other are alive? Nope.

Are they sure the other is probably dead? Yeah, pretty sure.

Let's just say that when they meet again, they're in for a HUGE shock.

Sorta. Honestly, school has been exhausting. I've managed to help with a few project here or there (like Synergetic Bonds), but nothing concrete. However, I'm starting to finally write the next chapter! And honestly, I miss my readers. The few of you here, I want you to ask me questions about Yearning Within the Flames. I may even give you a spoiler or two.

Christmas Drabbles

...Yah know? I don't really know when in the year extermination is. I just assume it's somewhere in spring or summer, but I'm not sure Hell even has season changes.

Part of me wants it to be christmas soon, even though i have a few next chapters planned that have nothing to do with chirstmas and I'd be lucky if i got two out before the end of the year, including the one I'm drawing stuff for.

SO INSTEAD!!! Silly drabbles.

For instance, cause i was just thinking of this lately: What Christmas songs would my characters listen to? (And one day I'll share the playlists I've made for them.)

Earth: She would have grown up favoring songs about gifts, like Two Front Teeth, 12 days of Christmas, and Mariah Carry's song that I don't even need to name. But after getting to know her roommates? Upbeat family songs about being together. Like Kelly Clarkson's Underneath the Tree.

Lunar: Upbeat Santa or Christmas songs with no real depth to them. In my mind, he'd like any song he could groove to while on his runs, so Grandma got runover, Santa Baby, or even Feliz Navidad would be his type of Christmas Jams. But secretly... he'd listen to Silent Night before going to bed.

Moon: He is not shy about how he like calm, lullaby music. He likes a nice slow song to mildly listen to as he does his work, so mostly instrumentals. Granted, he'd be the type of guy to never listen to the words, only absorbing the rhythm and beat.

Sun: Obviously, Glory to God Christmas Songs. But since I feel like Christian songs wouldn't be very... popular in hell, he'd sing the songs to himself as he cleaned and cooked. But he does know the lyrics to many kid-friendly songs, so he'd be fine if his family gave him certain song requests. Lol, he might even be their personal radio if they all were in the same room together, despite the forever slightly scratchy voice. After all, something about an angel's voice really sets the scene for the Christmas spirit.

And Monty... he wouldn't. He'd just repeat Mathew West's Gobble Gobble song on repeat in his office whenever he's expecting company. Or This is Halloween.

Oh, and to those who might think there'd be no Christmas at all, the next Hellava Boss episode will be called Sinmas. My prediction is that Hellborn are rewarded for all the bad stuff they do by Krampus or something. Don't know if it'll be true, but I'm pretty glad Vivzi will answer what Christmas is like for Hell before i have to guess it for myself.

I heavily considered making Lunar a Cherub in my fanfic...

But I like where I ultimately placed him better now. It definitely serves his overall role better. But here's a doodle to commemorate that consideration:

Yawning and Typing

Hey... It's past midnight where I am. Luckily, I'm not bothering my college roommate because they're not here tonight. But I digress...

I have been itching to write. I know what I want for the next chapter. However, the semester is ending and I have work to do. Sad that life exists. But at least I can get a treat for myself tomorrow. :)

I'm writing YWtF a little slowly, but steadily. But luckily, the Synergetic Bonds fic is almost done with it's Chapter 3! So I'll probably release both rather quickly!

So to appease my YWtF fic's readers a bit, here's a sneak peek...

There was one time, back when he was allowed to go to public school, that he had to walk home in the pouring rain. No umbrella, windbreaker, or raincoat. Nope. He was soaked to the bone, shivering so much that his bones were practically rattling more than his teeth.

But that night coming home? Oh! Sweet relief!

His father welcomed him in, not even making him have to pick the lock to get in. He was able to have warm soap before taking a cool bath and being allowed to go to bed in the midst of warm blankets. He felt at ease, letting all anxieties and worries melt away.

Power scale on who's the strongest/weakest power wise? (Both physical and magic abilities)

Hm... That's a toughie. Especially since some of our protagonists don't know their full power. But for now, with the abilities and strengths they know of...

Power-wise:

Earth: Being a Goetia and having a great familiarity with her grimoire

Moon: Having used his life in Hell to really figure out just how powered he can truly get with any loophole and trick he can find

Sun: While he has more modest powers, the trick is that he knows how to used them, especially now for combat with the whole exorcist thing

Lunar: While having powers that could be great, he only uses the few tricks he already knows, not really wanting or able to really find out just how deep the rabbit hole goes

Combat Wise...

Moon, for the power thing again and... his background

Lunar, for living in hell his whole life and knowing how to scrap

Sun, as he can help himself decently well in a fight, given the right mindset.

Earth, cause even with the powers... she never likes starting fights or doing anything to cause harm, except to support any fighting allies of hers in the current moment.

School SUCKS! Or, its very hard and I wish was better at studying. Cause guess what? I might have ADHD now! Yay?!

I digress! The next chapter is being written now that I'm on spring break! Hopefully I'll get it out during next week, but we'll see. Also, I really want to work on my other AU story so I can show yall, but I think I need to write it a bit... differently from my typical writing style.
