Monkey Wrench guys. If you haven't yet, go watch it. There's 3 episodes, and they're all amazing. It's worth your time, trust me.

Funny thing, @zeurelart (That guy behind a LOTS of youtube animation and creator of this superb series) was one of the many cartoonist I got inspired to try out animations myself back in the day.(...I'm more a Storyboarder/Comic book artist than an animation guy in the end, but that's not the point.)

His use of line, and exaggerated expressions is a pure delight to see. It's super hard to reach this kind of level in animation. He's good, like super good.

Anyways, you should watch this show if you haven't already, the character are great with a super detailed design, (Which is something rarer in animation nowadays) and even the universe built around it seems promising. I want to watch more of that !

Made something as good practice in background design and depth perception. Despite the Terrans having a bad rep in the galaxy- to my understanding of the Galactic Cataclysm -I believe there are a few good ones out there [if there are any left]. And Zoey (my pet) is just a really sweet kitty...or is she?

just a little short comic of my fan OC H.A.T.E. to flesh out the character and practise on writing character interactions.

and for anyone wondering what word H.A.T.E shouted, it's Scheiße, a German swear word. since I decided to make the character German just to add a bit of flavour and quirk to him.

This was one of the most daunting projects I've ever worked on. Being a fan of Zeurel's work for years, it was pretty surreal and challenging getting to animate in his style. It made for an excellent learning experience though that I'm forever thankful for!

Thank you both to Zeurel and Tito for giving back my love for creating stories again. I haven’t had this much fun with writing my own characters plus just making up fun character interactions since 2021. I know this post is meant for my silly fan ocs, but it’s also in dedication and appreciation for Monkey Wrench as a whole. So, I only hope to continuing showing my support for the show as the years come :] in my own fun way

Hi Zeurel,

Monkey Wrench has captivated me like no other sci-fi work has in a long time 🤩 The characters, the world-building, the action scenes are just top tier. But it’s really cool that you take the time to answer our questions too. I know you’re really busy, so the fact that you interact with your fans at all means a lot. Your answers are funny, down-to-earth and make you seem approachable to your humble fans. I think I speak for others when I say that it builds a connection between you and us. I wish more artists interacted with their fans like that.

And honestly, it's really brave of you to answer people’s questions considering how…the internet can be. Thanks, Zeurel!

So I come with more documentation on Viv, her staff and fandoms toxic antics.

So to give context to those maybe not so clued up. Zeurel (creator of Monkey Wrench) another upcoming indi cartoon on YT liked some tweets of Salem. Salem to remind is a victim of Viv as they explain here and other posts I'll link in a previous blog of mine:

Now here comes Viv, staff & fandom to add Zeurel to their dogpiling list for Zeurel showing support to Salem:

Gathering from this Viv is lurking around seeing who else in indi spaces are in support of Salem. The fandom obviously sees this likes of again supporting a Victim as an attack on Viv & even staff (who is close friends with Viv/ in her good graces) pop in to give comment aswell.

This is sick and disgusting. This is 100% victim silencing happening right here, as well as silencing/dogging on those in support of said victim. Viv and all has twisted the narrative that all Salem said is just hate on Viv, any support on Salem is just hate back to Viv. Exactly what narcissist abuser does, all you speak on them abusing you the narcissist turns it on themselves to make themselve the victim in the situation.

Lastly this was a post of Zeurel from bluesky, talks/vents about an abusive ex friend (friend not named) wonders if their behavior has changed but it has only gotten worse obviously. And here comes a viv fan thinking its about Viv and unironic alluding to Viv being said abuser, wow:
