I twisted the soft rolls(buns) recipe instead of sugar l added honey and l love the taste from now on will add honey instead of sugar the secret to rolls/buns is kneading them so that you get that softness here is the recipe below😊⬇️ Supersoft honey buns recipe recipe⬇️ What is needed ⬇️ 3 and 3/4 cup plain flour 1tsp salt 4tbs melted butter 4tbs honey 2tsp instant yeast 1cup luke warm milk 1egg How it's done⬇️ In a bowl put 3 and 1/2 cups flour, add salt, yeast and mix. Make a well in the centre and add melted butter, honey, lukewarm milk, egg. Mix well. Using the remaining 1/4 cup flour dust the surface regularly as you knead the dough for 15mins. Add a little more flour if its too thin. The dough is very sticky so add a little flour on the surface as you knead until it looks smooth and elastic for about 15minutes. Put a tsp of cooking oil in a clean bowl and put the dough, roll it over to completely coat it with oil then cover with plastic wrap or damp kitchen towel, put in a warm place and allow to rise for about 45- 1hr. Punch the dough and knead about 1min on a floured surface to remove all air bubbles. Divide the dough into 12 and shape into desired shapes and place them in greased deep baking pan. Dust your hands with a little flour on shaping to prevent any stickiness. Place them about apart and cover the pan with greased plastic wrap to prevent buns from sticking on it after rising or cover with a damp clean kitchen towel. Put the buns in a warm place again and allow to rise again about 30mins. Preheat oven to about 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 15mins or until nicely browned. As soon as they come out of oven brush with honey water syrup to glaze. Sugar syrup Dissolve 2 tbsp honey in 2 tbsp water. Result should be super-soft buns, very fluffy. Serve with any hot beverage of your choice. Amount of honey can be reduced and that converts them to savory buns to eat with soup. #tendyculinaryfocus #honey #supersoftbuns #rolls #zimbaking #zimchefs #worldchefs #letskeepitsafe (at Harare, Zimbabwe) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_t44fdjxd_/?igshid=71sr89e0ws4g

Milk Buns recipe ⬇️ WHAT IS NEEDED 2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour(Plain flour) 2 tbsp whole milk powder(I used Probands milk powder) 1 tbsp instant yeast 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup whole milk warm 1 large egg 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted(if you use salted butter reduce the amount off salt in the recipe) HOW IT'S DONE 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingridents then make a well and put the wet ingridents mix together. Use a big wooden spoon to incorporate all the ingredients together until dry ingredients are all moistened. Once the dough has gathered together into a shaggy mass, turn it over into a floured surface. 2. Knead the dough until it is smooth, elastic and soft. This should take about 15-20 minutes. 3. Shape the dough into a ball and place in a lightly greased bowl. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 60-90 minutes until puffy. Divide dough into 9 portions, shape each into a ball and place on a greased 9-inch baking pan. Cover the rolls and let rise again for 50 minutes. 4. Preheat oven to 180degrees Celsius . Brush the surface of the rolls with milk and bake at 180degrees for 15-17 minutes, or until the tops are golden. Serve warm. Leftovers can be stored in a tightly covered container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
