Keychain help

Hello! I'm wondering if anyone who does keychains / merch knows what sizes thing need to be? I can't find a straight answer anywhere and I would love some of your guys personal opinion! Cause I so want to make a Chibi TFA keychains at some point and I just want to be sure the sizes are correct!
