Some not gonna wanna hear this but I side with cass during the great tree fight, I think Cassandra though she won’t want to admit it during seasons 2 and 3 thought more with her emotions then like factual logic. BUT IN THE SPECIFIC EP SHE WAS LOGICALLY CORRECT. Bit biased because I dislike Adria but I wish rapunzel listened to Casandra here, The great tree really planted seeds (see what I did there) for Cassandra’s betrayal or disliking of Rapunzel. But I would hate to blame rapunzel because she needed to set a boundary with Cassandra and she also needed to prove that she wasn’t a naïve new princess anymore.I’ve seen a lot of debates starting here calling rapunzel a toxic friend which I think just isn’t true but anyway. Cassandra was right in the moment to think what she did I don’t think she was overthinking or unethical not wanting to go with Adria, Adria was so mean and petty to Cassandra when no was looking, suddenly “threatened” here spot and the whole group was following her who just popped out of no where instead of trusting their friend for like the past year. Shoot I would be mad too, idk the great tree really showed some true colors in the characters dynamic. And can I just say the rest of the crew were not that innocent, they followed rapunzel but failed to even acknowledge cass or what she was suggesting/ feeling multiple times?? Rapunzel and Cass fought and they all just watched and none of them tried to confort her? Maybe they aren’t as close as friends as I think because I always thought since they were stuck together all of season 2 they must of been WAYY closer but the other crew highkey are followers.

This so really showed that at the end of the day rapunzel has power over Cassandra literally (at this point) Cass cares sooo much about Rapunzel it’s heart breaking omg
