"O-Oh my," she pondered silently for several seconds, "That would depend on what sort of books you enjoy reading in your spare time, I suppose…?" she made her way to the book shelves, "Do you like a particular type of story?"

She let out a long sigh through her nostrils, still nuzzling her cheek against his chest somewhat, though once she was released, she let her arms fall to her sides. There was just something about being near him that brought her some sort of comfort, even if it was just a little bit. She cleared her throat slightly as she tried to find some sort of composure thanks to the rather impromtu reminder of her daughter and the plight.

"I suppose I would pity him if he hadn't done as he had," she sighed, rubbing at her arm absently and fighting the urge to reach behind her at the scar that would always be a reminder of his insanity. She sighed, "Sadly, I do understand in theory, though not with experience," she shook her head and finally let her hands curl over his claws as they rested against her shoulders.

"I don't want to understand him, and just simply ignore it, that knowledge, that entire part of my life. I would like to not remember the past and merely try to focus on the present and the future, though," she turned her eyes upward to meet his with a small smile, "Such as what you plan to do with yours."

Have you seen Frozen?(Splinter says that he doesn't like it)

"I have, actually, though it was only because the librarians decided to have a showing for the children to watch it. I liked it at first, though after the next ten times, I found myself… Unconvinced it was as good of a movie as everyone claims it is. The music is nice, though."

In three words, how would you describe your husband, Yoshi?

“Y-Yoshi, hm? I suppose I should have expected this… However, I suppose I could try to describe him.

Affectionate… Wise… A-and endearing.”

Do you see Donatello (donatellotmnt) as the son you never had, Tang Shen?

“Donatello? Well, if you would like to be technical, he is the son I never had. Miwa was the only child that I had with Yoshi, and the only child I had in my time on this world.

However, he is a good young man, and someone that I am proud to call a part of my clan, at the very least.”

In three words, how would you describe Raphael (raph-the-muscle)?

“Raphael is a very difficult turtle to describe, but I will try.

Courageous, loyal, and protective.”

Hello! My name is Angel, and I was wondering, how did you feel when you saw the fights between Yoshi and Saki and knowing it was for you?

"Honestly, at first it was harmless and I suppose I was a little flattered. What girl wouldn't be a little giddy over having two men fighting for her affection, however... Things quickly turned very violent, to the point that no one was really safe and the clans began their feuds. It quickly lost its charm and I was soon finding myself in the middle of a war."

"T-thank you. You can call me Tang-san if you want, though I will respond to Mrs. Hamato. I didn’t, however, actually die. I survived, though most think that I have passed away. I would like to consider the boys as my own, though that is entirely up to them should they accept me as such or not."

She chuckled, "Something like that, yes," after kneading his hands between her own for a second more, she finally pulled her eyes away to look him in his, "You have been far too sad for far too long. We both have," She smiled warmer still, hands curling her fingers to lace them between his own.

"You will soon be free. So will Miwa. You will have your family back, and then it will all be over," she even stood on tip-toe to give the taller mutant a kiss on the end of his nose, a simple peck to continue to pull and tug him free of the deep sadness he, like she had been herself, was in.

"It will be all right."

So, have you and Splinter been "intimate" since reuniting?

"W-well, aside from being romantic and exceptionally kind to me, no. However, that is a bit personal of you to ask…"

She smiled faintly as he held her, parroted her words, though she knew they were hard and difficult to accept. She nuzzled into him once more, "Hope is what gave me life, and kept me going," she closed her eyes.

"Hope that someday I would find you, or at least... Avenge you but," she sighed faintly, "I found you, and vengeance is simply not the answer any longer. It has shown to be nothing but pain and suffering. Saki is nothing but a miserable, lonely, shell of a man. No longer human, not even a mutant. He has lost everything, and he will never have anything again," she let out a soft sound.

"I can find peace with that."

"You flatter me, Yoshi," she smiled a little more at him, though was puzzled as he pulled away. She could see it in his stance, the self conscious loathing of being a mutant. She sighed faintly, shaking her head as her hands fell from his arms down to his hands and then clasped them warmly with her own to knead her thumbs over the back of them, "You have changed..."

"For the better," her eyes fell to his hands as she clasped them with her own, "You have grown as a man, even if you have grown into something else entirely. You are still you, to your soul. Whether or not you are a man, a beast, or both, you are Hamato Yoshi. My husband. My love. And a wonderful man. You've taken in four amazing boys, four sons, and raised them all alone," she pressed her lips to his knuckles and rested there.

"You have lived in this world that has shunned you, abandoned you, and still taught the good that the world held to your children," she kept her eyes closed with a faint smile, "That is far more than you would have when we first met."

The rodent closed his eyes and softly grunted in delight as the scratching began. 

"...The best librarian in the city indeed. And i am certain that in the whole globe also..."

As much as he felt sure about Tang's love towards him, Splinter couldn't help but awkwardly pull back after a moment.

"...I have changed as well" he muttered sincerely noticing some sheddings over his wife's clothes " Not as nicely as you"

"I have been called many things, though a manipulation of my maiden name was new. I am very tolerant of such things, as long as they are not condescending. Then again, I was always more lenient with such things."

When I left an ask on TangShen's blog I called her Tangy but she didn't seem to mind
