My new Wednesday night dinner. @neatfoods burger and Chinese coleslaw salad with chia seeds. Seriously amazing. Try #neatmeat and #neategg. You will need to add slightly more water than directed to. It tasted just like a falafel burger. Spices added were @Kirkland organic no-salt seasoning and @mrsdash Southwest Chipolte and very lightly coated with almond oil just to prevent sticking to the grill. On the left dried and grounded up orange and tangerine peels. On the right dried and grounded up lemon peels. Both organic. I was originally going to use them for potpourri but decided to use them for nutrition. When I make a smoothie I put up to 1 tbsp of each into my Vitamix. Making my own cleaning solution. Soaking lemon peels and rinds in a jar filled with vinegar for 1 month. Don't throw those lemon peels away! The peel contains more vitamins and minerals than the juice and fruit. After squeezing lemons for the juice, I put all the peels in a vitamix, add a little water and purée! The I fill ice cube trays with the purée and freeze.
