How I think my favorites would give hugs:

Long time no see. I’m sad yeet.

Iwaizumi Hajime: Akwardly at first if you hug first but ultimately his hugs end in overwhelming warmth and care and makes you feel safe.

Asahi Azumane: awkward but overall he tries to make you comfy. He’s a sweetheart and doesn’t want you uncomfortable and he tries!!!!!!

Nishinoya Yuu: sweet, sweet doofus. He’s trying to spin around with you in his arms and make you giggle.

Hinata Shoyo: PURE WARMTH AND LOVE AND SILLINESS IF NEEDED! I see him giving hugs like a combo of Iwa’s and Nishinoya’s hugs! He’s a big brother and he specializes in hugs for his baby sister so you know this dude came HUG.

Ushijima Wakatoshi: he is so??? BRICK. He tries to be nice but he mostly just lets you hug him and pats your back. He’s so stiff when it comes to hugs.

Kita Shinsuke: He is similar to Ushi where he just lets you hug him but I think he hugs you back almost a little stiff.. it’s comforting enough when you need it though.
