Out of the corner of his eye Obi-Wan could see him frown and flip through the cheap datapad they had been provided. Obi-Wan almost wanted to look over and see the information for himself but in the back of his mind he was afraid that if he did the omega would disappear, never to be found again.

"Anakin Skywalker," Qui-Gon announced, and Obi-Wan’s world narrowed. Anakin Skywalker, he said to himself, again and again, praying to the Force that he'd face him. Anakin.

And then mercifully, wondrously, he did.

He wastes no time in heading out to see her, but the news she has to share brings up a secret she had been hiding since they separated.
