Finished commission of a reference sheet for a friend's fursona. I'd say it turned it fantastic aside for having to draw digitigrade legs again. Having to draw it gives me anxiety.

Words stare back at Quill as she dips her dry pen into the pot. The words on the page shaking, pulsating and her head mimicking the latter. It's been almost an hour before anything more was written on the paper. her hands stationary, her mind blank. Doomstones... Doomstones. What was the one nearby called...?

The candle flame flickers slightly as a small rush of air wafts past, the door into her study opening with an irritating creak.  She shifts her head towards the intruder, feeling like her head might fall off her shoulders and her eyes tired and heavy.

"Can I help you...?" she asks with a groan. The intruder meekly sets a small pile of books down beside the door and leaves with a sorry wave. The door slowly closes but not without one last annoyance.

"I need to fix those hinges..." she thought as she looks back at the half-finished page, the room falling silent once again.

I've had an uncolored sketch of Quill-Weave for a while but forgot to color it and eventually forgot about it entirely. Fortunately some people reminded me and inspired me to finish it. So here it is. Deviantart: https://www.deviantart.com/terranner

Recently i've been inspired by fantasy-esque themes from anime and video games namely Shield Hero, Demon Slayer and League of Legends as inspiration. So I decided to draw Terra in a more fantasy design. What I was going for was a sort of level one starter hero with great healing magic potential, hailing from a backwater forest village, along with a taboo heritage passed down to him. Turns out Ms Toriel was quite a proficient battlemage in her youth. Though she never used it to directly hurt anyone, no. She used it mostly to dissuade any threats that may come to harm those she loves or those who need protecting. Really noble for someone her age. Tried doing how armor looks with light and shade.
