Also, I’m sorry but how has anyone let Christopher be gone for 3 months. That’s insane. And he’s still not talking to Eddie? The grandparents haven’t pushed for a reconciliation? Are they going to try and keep him permanently? What if they do try? What if this is what gets the will bought up and feelings realisation? And Eddie finally being at peace with himself? You know what keep getting me about this scene?

All the time Buck is told that he inserts himself in people’s problems. Making it about him. And here someone is explicitly stating - hey you are involved in this. You deserve answers too. And he shuts it down. Because it’s his parents and it’s both a surprise and not to have the answer for why he always felt like a disappointment to them. Because they have instilled in him the idea that everything somehow is his fault but that he deserves no recompense for all that they’ve put him through.

So, I finished Dead Boy Detectives. I know, I know. I’m late to the party but I struggled to sit and watch a new series. Anyway, I went from, ok this is alright to this is great give me more please 😂

I will fight Netflix if they don’t renew this. Please don’t take them. I need more of Edwin figuring himself out and more of Charles just being aces but also dealing with his past. Rewatched an episode recently and forgot how unhinged this series could be. Like, everyone just decided Merlin was IT. Protect at all costs. Perfect, no notes. Will never forgive the BBC for the ending. I needed something happy damnit. Gwaine, even now makes me so sad

You know what I want? Buck being wooed. Buck being the one showered in love and made comfortable. Being the one not having to cling or question what he means to his partner. Tommy seems to be more mature and comfortable in himself so I’m hoping he will be exactly what Buck needs for his first queer relationship. I don’t mind it lasting for while. I hope it’s a good healthy relationship that shows Buck how they can be. If he does end up with Eddie I want them to both go into it in a good place. Because Buck deserves this. He deserves to feel loved and special and whole and to know what it is to be in a healthy relationship and mutual appreciation. Just give that boy all the good things.
