Aww, thank you for the welcome! As for the location... mmm... Well... You don't really... need a map to find the Starry Library. If you're from my universe, you just sleep a lot and pray you find yourself in. And you'll know when you're there, it's pretty huge. But that's assuming the Library would even let you in. Yeah, it was supposed to be secretive but where's the fun in that?

Impossible is a silly word for those afraid to dream! Yes... dream... *wink* Hehehe... This library contains everything that was written, spoken about, imagined, denied, and almost discovered here... But only in the current universe I reside in of course! So I guess technically, it's just the "everything" in my universe for now, so not really "everything", but we'll probably expand to more universes later!

Hello, and welcome to The Starry Library's official Rotomblr account! I am Nova, the person who runs the Starry Library! The Starry Library is special as it holds everything... EVERYTHING. Hehe. The Starry Library being secret, and that's the point since it's supposed to be because of the potential danger but I got bored and I'm the only one running this place so nobody could say no! This time, I thought, "Woah infinite library cool as fuck" so why not actually do something with it? Brand new lore toy to come and play with, asks and interactions ARE encouraged. Anyway, on with the rules:

Rule 1: Everybody is welcome.

This rule means everybody is allowed, including: sapient Pokémon, hybrids, fakemons, eebies, literally anybody is okay to interact. Unless you're homophobic and racist and just generally hateful. Please don't bring any of that into a PKMN IRL blog.

Rule 2: NO NSFW!

Seriously. I don't want none of it. Not exactly something I'm comfortable with plus Nova and I are both minors and that's not something either of us want to see.

Rule 3: NO ACTUAL OOC HATE!

I mean, IC hate is fine-ish but OOC hate? I will literally block you.

Rule 4: Pelipper Mail/Malice is on.

Send her literally anything I don't see what could possibly go wrong with this.

Rule 5: Musharna Mail/Malice is on.

Make her dream literally anything surely this would have no consequences whatsover.

6: Magic Anons is off.

Okay I admit it would be funny, but it would be disrupting for lore stuff, sorry.
