Honestly, what Sebastian says in this video about Mackie making him better at press is so real. I remember so well Sebastian press tours pre Cap 2 vs post Cap 2, they were night and day. Sebastian was always talented and incredible but I don't doubt Mackie helped make him more personable and, honestly, more of a "Hollywood star"

Calling it now... season 3 of The Bear is going to be the whole team working so hard to get that Michelin Star only to have their application rejected in the last scene but the restaurant itself is actually doing super well and is beyond successful without it,

Then... season 4... final season: the restaurant finally gets a Star only for Carmy to realise the real reason he has been trying so hard to get one is because of his love for Syd so he leaves her to be head chef of the restaurant while the two start a relationship.
