🌱 DAY ONE ~ Food & Exercise Log 🌱
⭐️ FOOD ⭐️

🌱 Morning: Ultra Peachy Keen Monster & 1/4cup Green Grapes (I work very early & feel sick eating in the morning so I stick to something light!)
🌱 Lunch: Beef mince & Spinach with Honey & Chili flakes
🌱 Dinner: Green Protein Smoothie (plant-based protein powder), with Spinach & Greens+ powder
💦 2L Water!

Today was a lot lower than I would have liked but I was short on food today & honestly had very little appetite, most likely from working so hard today! Tomorrow I will up my intake because nutrients are important & I was low on my protein goal!

🌱 75 ~ for me 🌱

Day in, day out - excuses are made. I forget my "why" and let temporary comfort & pleasures rule my life & my weight.
No more!
Tomorrow, 19th March, I will be embarking on my 75 Medium journey for REAL this time. By the 2nd of June, I will be fit, happy, healthy, in control of my cravings, & loving life.
I would put a weight goal (ideally 60kg), but I know that I can still weigh more but look better. What matters is how I feel!
RULES
10k steps on work days
5-8k on days off
30minute workout on days off
1-2L water a day
1300 calorie maximum! (500cal deficit)
Prioritise protein, fiber, & healthy fats
1 herbal tea daily (cut back on coffee)
Daily sunlight
Weekly progress pics
Daily food & exercise logs
Daily journal reflection
