I think it's bullshit that no one seems to ride animals in Fallout. Man, who cares that horses are probably extinct? So many people irl ride cows, I've personally ridden a sheep, and with the sheer size of most mutated animals, damn near anything could work. I want to see couriers riding Bighorners and Brahmin, and New Englanders on Radstags
