So I stay at my boyfriend's every weekend. This is fine and normal. However my sleep schedule has been extra fucked lately and I don't have the external structure to keep me from being completely nocturnal.

Which creates the problem of: Its now about 5:30 am and my bf went to bed at 4:45 am. I am super restless because that's about the time I allow myself to crawl out of bed and pretend to be a normal human being. I know me being restless keeps my bf from sleeping soundly, so my solution is to quietly skitter out of his room and chill on his couch.

Counter problem: I am now a creepy little goblin sitting rent-free on his couch before the sun even rises, and I really don't want to startle his mother or worse, look like a tiny unpaying leech goblin on her couch.

A good rule of thumb for AI is "would you trust a trained pigeon to do this?"

"We trained a pigeon to recognise cancerous cell clusters and somehow they're really good at it" okay great, that's something that could plausibly be a thing.

"We trained a pigeon to recognise good CV:s and left it in charge of sorting through all our job applications" uh perhaps consider not doing that.

I'm a trans guy and Derek, I can tell you my wardrobe has improved a huge amount simply by reading your threads. The "dress for your body type" stuff never worked well for me; your threads about putting together an intentional look and for getting a good fit - that's 99% of the game.

Saw a post complaining about how "people are acting like trans men aren't being targeted", and I wanted to rant about it because my friend is trans fem and we talked about it the other day.

See, I think a big reason why trans men seem to have ceased to exist in a lot of trans conversations (and that's nothing against the trans fem ladies suffering. This is simply an observation) is that due to terfs being "femenists," they have the very basic "femenist" mindset of "men are inherently evil disgusting creatures." I know a lot of us fall into the "men are bad" mindset, even feminists who aren't terfs, but I would like to remind you all:

Not all men are bad. The patriarchy is bad. Oppressive systems are bad.

Fuck terfs

Real feminism is trans inclusive

And tell your local trans masc that they're cool as hell.

I feel like the big push for AI is starting to flag. Even my relatively tech obsessed dad is kinda over it. What do you even use it for? Because you sure as hell dont want to use it for fact checking.

I love making playlists to flesh out my characters. Absolutely recommend. I make a mix of songs that describe them and songs they'd listen to, and it works out pretty well, and its also helping me listen to more music that I wouldn't find otherwise!

...But trying to make playlists for the seven deadly sins is proving challenging.
