Double sound out of my DAW?

So I’ve come across this problem and it’s really frustrating me because I can’t properly mix. I’m running Cubase Pro 10.5.3 on my Mac Mini (i716gb RAM 256 SSD) and I’m receiving this doubling from my outputs. All my audio tracks, and even my DAW’s click. Not the click track but the actual click Cubase produces  itself.

It’s strange because when I bounce an audio mixdown out and listen to it no doubling of the sort plays out, which led me to think maybe because I set my tracks to stereo instead of mono since I am using Mono microphones? But that hypothesis doesn’t make sense when the click was producing the same exact doubling sound. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happened.

I searched the forums and searched reddit and nothing of the sort comes to discussion. Oh well, I might as well have to bounce out what I have and run Pro Tools for the rest of it. I mean since industry standard is Pro Tools, gotta start bringing back my chops even for the summer.
