My favorite part of this entire show is the Adrien lore. I don't know why I find the Agreste family so fascinating.

The flashbacks at the beginning and end of the episode were probably my favorite parts. The one at the end almost made me cry because Adrien wanted to stay with Nathalie. It shows that Nathalie was a true mother to Adrien. Both her and Emilie were true parents to him.

The grandparents. Oh my god. So if you follow me on AO3 (ravencr4) then you know that for the last 2 years, I've been working on a Miraculous AU where Gabriel wanted to kill Emilie instead of wanting her to live. When I wrote the grandparents for my most recent fic Christmas in London they were originally named Charlotte and Charles. Now that I have the real names, Milly and Emil, I edited that fic with the correct names. And let me tell you I wrote their characters ON POINT before we were even introduced to them.

They fought over custody when it was literally only the first time Adrien got to meet them, but in the end, he chose Nathalie which honestly hit me in the feels. I love the bond Adrien and Nathalie has, even though Nathalie had her fair share of character development in the first 5 seasons. And the fact that he chose her was honestly the most wholesome moment ever. I really hope they continue to dive in on their relationship. And Marinette and Nathalie have a bond too. Not just the "the mother of my boyfriend" relationship, but also something much deeper because Marinette knows all of her secrets from the past (Mayura, Hawkmoth, etc) and vise versa for Nathalie (Ladybug)

I have a theory that if Adrien finds out what really happened to his dad, which he probably will, he will, he'll tell Nathalie everything about him being Cat Noir. But will probably be a little hesitant at first.

Wow, this is a lot. I just get so excited about Agreste lore.

Daddycop

I don’t even know where to start

Sabrina’s character development from last season was absolutely AMAZING and I enjoyed how the episode focused on how she was feeling after her falling out with Chloé. And the person who takes charge and tries to help her find friends was Zoé. Chloé will be pissed off if she finds out about that, but then again she’s in a different city now. She has no room for input.

Marinette’s character development was thrown down the drain and I don’t know why. I completely understand trying to juggle a relationship with friends but she made the whole movie night a disaster. And Marinette didn’t seem to understand that the relationship and the friends are two separate things. Adrien was trying to set a boundary but Marinette wasn’t listening, and because of that she hurt Sabrina and her friends.

The end was good. The girls were able to welcome Sabrina into their group and she even got a new look which I love. I have a feeling Zoé is gonna be Sabrina’s new best friend (or maybe more but that’s just me speaking)

And I’m curious about who that person was at the end of the episode. He seemed to know about Zoé’s past and he’s from New York too. So who is he and what does he have to do with Zoé?

Sublime seems really cool and super nice. I can't wait to see her role further into the season. I want to know how Adrien met her. Given that Gabriel is dead, I don't think she'll have any connections to him. I say that because the only people Gabriel liked in the first arc were people he had connections to. But he's dead now so it doesn't matter

I am lowkey starting to hate Marinette. Her actions towards Sublime weren't the nicest and she is STILL giving off stalker energy. I don't know how Alya puts up with her to be honest, but I know that Marinette is just trying her best.

And I want to know why Sublime's parents chose TOMOE TSURGI of all people?? The grin she gave at the end of the episode has evil written all over it you can not tell me otherwise.

The Illistrator

The new episode was really good. Let's dive in.

First off, The new Butterfly Miraculous holder is creepy. Lila is creepy. I honestly think we're gonna see her true colors this season. We already knew from the first arc that she would obtain her goals by any means necessary, but we're gonna see a new side of her.

Marinette is definitely still dealing with trauma and her anxiety seems to be heightened at this time. She's scared about dating Adrien and pressured to have the "perfect boyfriend" but communication matters. She and Adrien were able to talk about their feelings and everything works out.

Also what Marinette did at the end of the episode... Made Alya her depute. Obviously, Alya has been by ser side for a long time but making her the new guardian in case something happens to her? That shows how much Marinette trusts Alya. I wonder if Marinette will ever tell Alya about Hawkmoth

MIRACULOUS LONDON.... MMMMGH WOW

This was literally “Into the Ladybugverse” I loved seeing Alix and Marinette working together as superheroes especially since we didn’t get to see them do that as much in season 5

I'm glad this story fixed some loose plotlines. Now that span of time makes more sense now we have the extra details.

Is the new Butterfly Miraculous holder Lila? We know it is from the end of season 5 but that person could be one of her disguises. She's more clever than Gabriel. Always one step ahead.

And... I have to come to terms with the fact that Emilie is gone. She's dead dead. I wanted her to live but she had to die for Nathalie to live. And I love that Nathalie is like a mentor to Ladybug it filled me with joy.

I feel really bad for Adrien because he can't know the truth. It’s right for him not to know but at the same time, he’s Cat Noir. He will find out eventually along with the other heroes. Kagami knowing is good because she lives with Tomoe, Gabriel’s accomplice. And Adrien is technically an orphan. My wish of Nathalie legally adopting Adrien is now coming true. She’s gonna give that kid the world I know it.

The new animation style is at the end. I loved how they slowly transitioned to that at the end. I'm looking forward to what has to come in season 6

I don't know where to start here I have so many thoughts, feelings, and concerns.

First, what Stolas did for Blitz, regardless of their relationship was absolutely AMAZING. It goes to show that you should never judge anyone by their status. But what happened to Stolas wasn't right. He should have the right to see his daughter.

I don't know what will happen to Octavia now that Stolas was banned, but whatever it is, it is not good. We know Stella is a bitch and she is going to use her power to manipulate Octavia. And Stella's brother is the real bitch in this situation. Neither of them was right in this situation. Stella shouldn't have blabbed, and her brother shouldn't have said anything about it. I hope Octavia can get out of the situation she is in and find Stolas in the Pride Ring.

I cried when Blitz nearly died. It was an emotional moment. But what really sent me is the different side of Loona we see. She calls Blitz "dad" for the first time in the ENTIRE series, and she genuinely cares for Blitz.

Arcane Season 2 Act 3

It's been a few days since Act 3 came out. Let's talk

First off, I love love LOVE the AU episode. For Ekko and Heimerdinger, it was a world of what could have been if Vi handed herself over to Piltover, for Jayce, he was in the future of what happens if Viktor defeated everyone.

Ekko and Powder's love in the AU was so well written. It shows that Ekko has feelings for her and seeing AU Powder showed him he can still protect Jinx

Jinx was at such a low in her life. I had a feeling Isha dying would have impacted her in more ways than she could imagine and it did. She asked Caitlyn to kill her and she tried to commit su***de. Ekko saved her 5 times.

Vi and Caitlyn. VI AND CAITLYN. I'm not getting into it much because I keep all my posts SFW but that scene was so well written. It felt like you were almost interrupting a private moment between them and when it feels like that you know the writing is good.

Mel becoming one with the Arcane was such a good touch. I honestly thought she was gonna die but she didn't. She actually saved Caitlyn many times during the battle with Ambessa and Viktor

Okay while I'm talking about Viktor he and Jayce are so weird for each other. Viktor I can see him being gay but not Jayce. Honestly it could be a bromance for all we know. But I didn't like how Viktor became evil. And did Jayce also become evil?

Ambessa was such a bitch. She was horrible. I knew her intentions for Piltover weren't good. She had plans to take over the entire city and the Undercity. And Maddie eventually JOINING HER SIDE?? I honestly think the only reason who Maddie and Caitlyn were together was because of their positions

And Jinx's sacrifice. For a while I believed she was dead until I realized that there were 3 air ducts where the explosions happened. If you look closely at the scene after Jinx's sacrifice, Caitlyn is holding the top of one of Jinx's bombs. So my guess is that Vander (or the last bit of him at least) threw her aside so that she could live. And according to League of Legends lore, Jinx's best friend is Luxanne Crownguard so maybe she went to that region to meet her. I hope they explore Lux next that would be cool.

Jinx is Healing

Isha came into Jinx's life for a reason. That was reason was so Jinx could heal.

Isha ran into Jinx completely by accident, but after meeting her, Isha realized how cool she is (young kids always looks up to teens an young adults)

Jinx took her under her wing and she basically became her right-hand girl. But what Jinx didn't realize is that Isha was healing her mentally.

[@]BUGIN3TTE on Twitter posted that when Isha and Jinx play together, Jinx's eyes turn blue because the Powder in her comes back

Arcane Season 2 Act 2

Maddie's feelings for Caitlyn are completely one-sided. Cait clearly has no feelings for her.

Isha came into Jinx's life for a reason. She needed someone to help her heal the wounds from her past. The two of them genuinely care for each other too. (and I love how Isha is mute)

And I honestly think Vander coming back was the reason Vi and Jinx were able to work together again. Once Vi realized that Jinx wasn't lying they were able to put their differences aside for their father

The background of Vi and Jinx's mom was a really cool detail. It looked like Vi and Jinx had a really awesome childhood before their mom died.

And I want to know what is going on with Mel. Is she being possessed? Who is possessing her? And what do they want?

I'm not sure what is going on with Jayce. Did Salo save him? What about Ekko and Heimerdinger?

I honestly think what happened to Viktor is good. He's like half-dead but is using his powers for good after what he did to the other guy in Act 1

And Ambessa is 100% manipulating Caitlyn. She's using her for her own good and her intentions for Piltover are not good. I'm glad she was able to see that and she was able to have Vi's help. And of course Ambessa was manipulating Vi too.

And Isha's sacrifice. I'm pretty sure she's dead. I hope her sacrifice won't be in vein

Caitlyn = Winter and Ambessa = Ironwood

In RWBY Ironwood starts out good and slowly moves to become evil before his death in Volume 8

Winter was a trained Atlas solider who eventually realizes she is being manipulated and eventually joins the heroes.

Here's why I think these parallels exist

Caitlyn is being manipulated by Ambessa. Ambessa just declared martial law and dragged Caitlyn into her plan claiming that her mother will have justice.

Ironwood did the same thing to Winter (or at least something similar.) When working with Ironwood, she was told many things about the kingdom. How great and prosperous it was, but Atlas is the same as Vale, Vacuo, and Mistral. She joined their side once Winter learned exactly what Ruby and her team were fighting for.

I have a feeling Caitlyn will do the same once she realizes what exactly is going on. She's seen Zuan for herself. Once she comes to her senses and is no longer clouded with grief she will (hopefully) join the heroes again.

But Ambessa on the other hand, If she continues down this path, she'll end up like Ironwood, a homicidal maniac. (Ironwood literally shot one of his men in a hospital hallway.)

We all knew Ambessa was fishy from the start, I just didn't think I'd be comparing her to General Ironwood but here I am.

Caitlyn is being manipulated and she is manipulating Vi

The moment she was given the Kirammen key, she turned. Ambessa appointed her to be general and its not a good thing. And she manipulated Vi with the kiss;

"Everyone in my life has changed. Promise me you wont."

"I wont"

But Caitlyn lied;

"I keep telling myself that you're different, but you're not. It's her blood in your veins."

"Then why are you the one acting like her?"

Caitlyn put everything aside so that she could win the war. And that meant Vi too. She didn't hesitate to kill Jinx. She could have hurt Isha.

Vi wants to do anything to kill Jinx but she hesitates to kill her. Maybe it's because she still sees Powder deep inside, even though she knows she's gone.

And we can't ignore that Caitlyn is being manipulated too

Ambessa called her out in front of hundreds of people. She said "Your mother will have justice" Grief could have a huge role in all of this and I hope Caitlyn can see the harm she is causing and the harm Ambessa is causing too.

Caitlyn Has Turned

The roles between Vi and Cait switched.

In season 1, Vi used to be the one that wanted to do anything to get Jinx back as a sister and she was on the path to redemption.

Caitlyn was the "goody-two-shoes" who wanted to do anything to protect Piltover.

Now Caitlyn has turned. And I'm not sure if it has anything to do with Ambessa and calling her out but if she gets wrapped up in her plans all hell will break loose. I'm just hoping that Vi and Cait can move past what their going through and I hope Caitlyn can realize that what she is getting wrapped up in is not good.

Mel being alive, Jayce and Viktor having a dramatic breakup without even dating, Jinx adopting a random child, Caitlyn losing herself in her grief and anger, Jinx blasting Get Jinxed in the speakers she put on Sevika's arm while they kill some people, Sevika acting like a mama bear with Jinx like she didn't hate her guts last season, Ambessa fucking manipulating everyone, Viktor becoming Twink Jesus, Mel being kidnapped, Jinx losing her finger, Caitlyn and Vi kissing and then breaking up not even half an hour later, Vi taking L's over and over again, whatever the fuck was happening to Ekko, Jayce and Heimerdinger-- bruh

Arcane Season 2 Act 1

Okay Where to start

It was really good. I have so many questions

I want to know what Mel's mom is planning. I don't like her. And what is she doing bringing Caitlin into this being like "your mother will have justice" like what???

And then there's Ekko, Himerdinger and Jayce working together. That's an interesting dynamic. And they're talking about the Arcane and what it could do. And there's a stonghold that messed things up

And Viktor. I think he's gonna become evil. I know it

And CAIT AND VI FINALLY KISSED and then they went angst mode on us. AHHHH

And... is Silco alive???

I really love that dynamic with Jinx and the kid. So cute

And what's the deal with Amara? She's a new character and she goes evil. I wonder if she was always evil or if she was good at first. Is she even evil?

Hotaru's Reincarnation is the Best Thing That Could Have Happened to Her

And here's why

Hotaru was a sixth-grade girl attending Mugen Academy located in the district her father built. Little did she know that her father was working for the villain.

Hotaru had an abusive past. Her mother was killed in a fire and she was severely injured, and because of that she basically became a little toy for her father to play with, giving her all the latest technology to "make her better" but in reality it was only hurting her.

Hotaru was also a weapon for her father. He must have known she was a Sailor Guardian and she basically used her for his own personal gain.

There is this one moment in Sailor Moon Crystal where Hotaru touches Chibiusa's brooch, calming her down immediately. When Chibiusa said it was the Legendary Silver Crystal, she acted as if she was possessed.

The only option Hotaru had after being awaked as Saturn was to destroy the world, but she didn't. She took down Pharaoh 90 and went down with him, only to be reincarnated as herself.

Now being raised by Setsuna, Haruka, and Michiru, Hotaru can relive her childhood a second time. She's able to live a happy life.

And when Saturn reawakens she is able to get her memories of her former lives back, and she probably remembers being mistreated by her birth father. But the Outer Senshi wouldn't let anything hurt Hotaru, not even past memories.
