Want to put a non ponytail non lace front wig into a ponytail? Here are 3 different methods on how to do just that! IMPORTANT TIP: Make sure the wig head you’re working from is the same size as your head or the wig will be too small after the tail is made.

Dear diary,
I believe I’m a good person but here we are first day of “grade” year; and I look around at all these people I’ve known all my life and ask myself what happened?
Neighbors, Heathers has become my life!!!!!! So naturally I had to cosplay! I got a couple of humans and started on a magical journey through different online shops, thrift stores, and old button bins. It has left me with 6 very colorful costumes for 6 very different people. I hope to post more soon.

This ish
Heller Neighbors,
Thought it would be nice to make an update. So far I have only been making mini projects and quick ideas. So I guess I should explain how I made this mess.
Tumblr media
I made this for a kind of horror shoot with an old film medium, well it turned out to be a fire hazard and now just hangs out in my room. If you want to make this thing, here we go.
You want to find a head sized box, heat resistant lights, paint and hot glue.
First you plan and cut out the shapes you would like for the face.
Second, paint the box.
Third you need to individually hot glue each light to one another. Now you have the weird light up emoji thing. So there you go I guess.

New cosplay
This is the third time typing this, but here we go. So after two months of crying and sleep deprivation, I have finished my Notepad cosplay.
Tumblr media
In its final form, the cosplay is a morph suit (made out of some leggings and a black t-shirt), an old dress, a  crinoline and a dress with painted symbols. Then the makeup is done by a three step process of the neck, face base, and details.

Artificial Wigteligence
When creating cosplay, you most likely do not have the hair of the character you are going to need a wig. But like everything these’s more to it than a simple purchase, I learned this first hand when I accidentally bought a pair of bangs and not the full wig that I needed for my Cecil costume.
But why buy a wig? Well, There is many benefits to using a wig as opposed to your own hair that saves you time and money. With a wig you only have to style it once, you can get a natural look from not so natural hair colors, and they look better in photos. As for price, you may have to keep cutting your hair in order to fit the costumes needs, but with a wig, it is one payment and then done.
Before getting into the details of the different wigs, there are a few bits of terminology to understand:
weft: a long strand of wig fiber sewn into a cap
Skin top: used to make a more natural look, it is usually placed at the crown of the head or off the side and they affect the shape of the wig because it creates a specific part.
Heat Resistant: meaning that the wig is able to be exposed to heat based tools like curling irons and blow-dryers.
Now the first thing you will need to do is find a shop to buy the wig, so here are a few: eBay, fantasy she, Cosplay.Wig, www.epiccosplay.com (for base wigs), www.ardawigs.com and Gothic lolita Wigs.
So you have found your wigs shop, now what type of wig are you looking for? There are 4 types of wigs to choose from,
Standard: Which are made to be worn down, and may have a skin top, they are the simplest to find and style along with being good for most characters.
Lace Front: Key for characters with a seat back looks, but are really expensive.
Specialty: These wigs are pre-styled as they may have pig-tales, pony-tales, and spiked ends.
Accessories: theses are add-ons you can get for your wigs such as bangs or buns.
Finally, there are a few things to keep in mind when buying a wig
Check the shipping date, some can arrive from a country as far as china or japan.
Do not buy Halloween wigs
Check for the custemer feedback, to make sure others have had a good experience. And if there is no customer feedback, DO NOT BUY THE WIG!
Read the description!
