YES I can cook 😒 I well I didn’t really cook anything in this but I can still put stuff together!!

So in the last year and a half, I’ve lost 70 pounds with diet and exercise. I’m not yet where I want to be with my goal weight but that’s okay!! This takes time! But I’d thought I’d share one of my go to recipes on here: my peanut butter protein bowl!

To make this I use:

1 cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt Zero sugar vanilla (you can use any kind, this is just the kind that I use!)

1 scoop of protein powder (you can use any of your choice, I’m using the Clean Simple Eats Chocolate Brownie Batter)

2 tablespoons of peanut butter (again, you can use any peanut butter, I’m using the Members Mark Natural creamy peanut butter)

Stir that around and BOOM you got yourself a protein bowl! You can add whatever you want into this! Today I added dark chocolate chips, but sometimes I cut up an apple and dip it into this, or I simply eat it straight out of the bowl!
