Thanks to the encouragement of @naomiclarkyoga, I started today on my 💯 days of yoga challenge! I mean what would the world come to if we all practiced yoga every darn day?! I'm sure it'd be a better place for sure. I've decided not to restrict myself to Bikram and instead open it up to other styles, studios, beaches, meadows and wherever I choose to practice on the day. Only restriction is I have to complete a minimum of 60 minutes per day!
