idk why but something that icks me HARD in fics is when character A gets mad at something -slightly- dangerous charactet B did and the worry is a tad too exaggerated, like, I get it: they're protective. now what.

i hate the -you're so stupid and dumb omg i hate you you could've died- cliché IDK WHY maybe I've just read it too many times and it became repetitive but sometimes I think to myself there are more subtle and gut wrenching ways of showing that worry, and it hits sm harder

currently in the middle of chapter 16, and from the very begining, it kinda icked me the way the narrative was treating Alana, even though Will's thougts and actions made some sense on the context that, well: she have away his dogs.

but still, now it's getting a bit... exasperated? idk, just don't believe she deserves all that antagonizing

and the pda it's a bit cringy

overall still readable, will continue to go further
