Bai He stared at the staff in her hand, she looked just as shocked as everyone else.

Bai He: M-Mom…?

Tang took Bai He behind him.

Tang: Pigsy! We gotta get outta here!

Tang didn’t know how or why Bai He has the power to hold the Monkey King’s staff, as far as he knew Bai He never had that much strength. Especially the strength strong enough to wield a 1700 pound Staff.

But he knew that was bad news…especially since THEY’RE IN THE DEMON BULL KING’S LAIR!

Red Son charged at them.

Red Son: I don’t know what’s going on here but I’m about to end it!

Bai He yelped, and just when things were getting better too!

Red Son: THAT STAFF IS MINE!

As he charged, dozens of Bull Clones came rushing behind him, the whole group tried to cover Bai He.

Bai He: AAAAHHHH! I just wanted to stream a Parkour Video!

In a flash and in her panic, Bai He raised the staff and swat it at Red Son, emanating a golden glow that pushed Red Son and his Bull army away.

Red Son screamed, his impact leaving a hole on the ground

Mei: Now!

The group rushed out of there, Bai He in tow, dodging the remaining Bull Clones and leaving from where they entered.

Mei: Wow Bai He! That was so COOL!

Mei spoke, hugging her best friend as she chuckled in nervousness.

Pigsy; No time for celebrations! We gotta get outta here!

Tang: But where?! They’ll find us soon enough!

The group panicked as they left through the sewage, closing the entrance with the same metal door.

Bai He had a plan.

Bai He: We have to return this to the Monkey King, he can’t seal the Demon Bull King away again without his staff!

Pigsy: What?!

It was no doubt crazy but if The Demon Bull King was real and he was sending a message to The Monkey King…

Bai He: We got to try! Besides, we aren’t equipped with fighting the Demon Bull King! I mean look at us!

Tang: He’s got a point Pigsy! Sure we have Sandy but look at him!

Sandy only stared at the group, momentarily stopping to hug his cat Mo. Bai He has only ever seen him in the photos behind Pigsy at the counter of his shop.

Bai He: Look, we don’t have time to argue! Let’s just go ahead and find the Monkey King!

Tang: The Monkey King lives in Flower Fruit Mountain Bai He! Where on earth is that even in?!

Sandy; Oh it’s right past the Flaming Mountains.

The group collectively looked at Sandy in shocked, gasping on how he knew such a fact.

Sandy: I mean…I pass by there a few times while having my own Underwater adventures!

Bai He: That’s more than enough, let’s go!

Though some were hesitant (Tang) they all collectively agreed, heading unto Sandy’s boat to travel to Flower Fruit Mountain.

When the Demon Bull King and Princess Iron Fan came back, they were not happy about the staff getting stolen.

But…

DBK: How was she able to lift the staff…?

PIF: Perhaps she was worthy?

DBK: That was a rumor Sun Wukong made up…she can’t have held the staff unless she had inhumane strength.

PIF: Don’t dwell on it too much my dear, I’ll have the Bull Clones bring back the staff in no time.

DBK: Hrrrgh…Centuries trapped in oblivion plotting my revenge…and all of it thwarted by A LITTLE THIEF?!

Red Son yelped, backing away from his father’s anger.

PIF: Come now darling…it’s not over yet…we will find the Gamer Girl and soon, the whole world will bend to your will.

DBK had his wife’s assurance, he knew his wife wouldn’t fail him, wouldn’t dare disappoint. But something was off…

This girl barely had any relation to Wukong as far as he was concerned, she only knew the myths from her ‘Mom’

And yet…

She seemed too familiar…

The group arrived in Flower Fruit Mountain, Bai He, Mei and Pigsy opting to travel the mountains on foot. The place is as everything suggests…flaming hot.

Lava sprouted from the ground, the whole place was as hot as a desert.

To think that this was caused by the Monkey King after he escaped the Trigraam Furnace.

Bai He: Wish we had Iron Fan’s fan right about now…Mom said Monkey King stole it in order to calm the mountains down and-

Mei: Bai He look out!

Bai He turned back as she heard the laughter coming from behind her.

PIF: Well well well, Aren’t you well versed in the Monkey King’s stories?

Immediately, Princess Iron Fang took the flames behind her, using her fan to aim it directly at the group. They stammered, panicking on where to go, eventually they dodged but just barely missed the fiery bullet.

Pigsy: Kids! Everyone okay?!

PIF chuckled evilly.

PIF: I’ll be taking that staff now…

Bai He: This staff doesn’t belong to you, it belongs to the Monkey King!

PIF: Oh you’re just a little girl playing and being a hero! Sorry to disappoint…playtime is over!

Bai He gripped the staff tight.

Bai He: Listen Lady, I don’t even know what this staff does! But I’m sure as heck not letting you take this thing!

Bai He: If you want it, you can pry it from my COLD. DEAD. HANDS!

At that moment, a small blue spark lit up against the staff. Bai He kept her grip firm. She felt a familiar rush or sensation consume her.

Now in many cases…she gained some of her father’s cowardice. Tang wasn’t known for charging things head on. Neither was she…

Yet somehow, this rush…this feeling of power…

It caused her to move her body in an instant and strike at Princess Iron Fan.

Pigsy: Kid! No!

But even that wasn’t enough, even with the staff on hand she did not have the skills the Monkey King had in order to fight.

Princess Iron Fan grabbed the staff the moment she struck it at her. Realizing her adrenaline rush too late, she tried to back off.

But Princess Iron Fang chuckled, she pushed Bai He far back causing her to scream in terror.

Mei: No! Bai He!

Mei tried to reach for Bai He, Pigsy pushing her back so she didn’t get hurt.

Pigsy: Mei! We got to go!

Pigsy spoke, grabbing Mei and placing her on his back.

He looked back for a moment at the direction Bai He was flung to.

Pigsy: Sorry kid…

With Mei in tow, Pigsy ran back to the ship, a small tear in his eye as he wondered what he’d tell Tang. He heard Princess Iron Fan’s call of victory.

PIF: At last! The full power of my beloved will be unleashed!

Princess Iron Fan teleported away…

In the boat, Tang frantically searched the waters in a panicked state.

Tang: No no no, she’s got to be here somewhere!

He spoke, almost hanging off the edge and falling down to the waters below.

Sandy: Tang please you’re going to fall…

Tang: My daughter is somewhere here! I’ll jump off if I have to!

Pigsy looked at Tang with concern in his eyes, he stared at Sandy who had the same expression on his face. He placed a reassuring hand on Tang’s shoulder.

Pigsy: Tang…she’s gone…

Tang: NO! She’s not- She’s here somewhere she’s gotta be!

Pigsy: Tang…there was nothing we could do…I’m sorry…

Tang: I should’ve went with her- At the very least I should’ve-!

Pigsy embraced Tang, patting him in the back as he sobbed for the loss of his child…Sandy gave him an embrace as well…hoping to comfort him.

Mei: Someone has to fight…

The three looked over to Mei as she said those words.

Pigsy: Mei?

Mei: That demon Bully is going to…

Mei: PAY!

Sandy: Well what are we waiting for?!

Sandy spoke, rather enthusiastic and trying to cheer the group up.

Sandy: Let’s go stop some Bad Guys!

The group gained a tremendous amount of hope, especially in the wake of Bai He’s sacrifice…

And though Princess Iron Fan had given the staff to DBK. There was still hope for this band of heroes. They will not let such sacrifice happen…

???: Young Master, if I may…could you…QUIT PLAYING THOSE VIDEO GAMES FOR FIVE SECONDS! The city is under attack!

???: Uh-huh… It’s ‘she’ now by the way…

???: *Sigh* My lady…we really need to get going! The Demon Bull King has just returned from slumber!

The mysterious figure puts down his controller and looks at the man in the suit with a strange face.

???: The Demon Bull King?

???: Yes my lady…we cannot stay here any longer…we have to warn Sun Wukong.

???: May I remind you that Sun Wukong is in no mental state whatsoever to fight? You saw how he was during our last session.

???: Then…what do you propose we do?

???: For now, evacuate the people…

The mysterious figure saves his game files and turns off his TV.

???: They need their leaders at this moment of time.

???: Of course…my lady.

Yeah Macaque’s just…not having a good time with MBK in the uhm… Worst-Case Scenario Timelines at all. And it’s mostly because MK still has that huge grudge on Macaque.

Also he went after Mei, Sandy and Tang so there’s a plus there.

I’m kinda worried that one my timelines might be too similar to another AU-

Third Time’s A Charm for instance has MK trying over and over again to perfect his ‘imperfect’ world so uhh…

Might get similar to another AU-

This AU is kinda depressing smh-

In both Accepted Fate and Destiny’s Lament MBK’s fate is literally to die.

In Accepted Fate, he either takes the blame for all the timeline changes instead of Bai He then gets executed or she literally becomes a Pillar of Creation. (This is probably why the Jade Emperor hasn’t actively searched for the anomaly in the timeline in a while)

In Destiny’s Lament he basically dies the same way as LBD, repeating the very fabric of destiny they wanted to break free from.

The only timeline without a concrete ending is Third Time’s a Charm, where MBK successfully rewrites the timeline into the OG timeline, that one doesn’t have a concrete ending because basically MK rewrites the world over and over again until it is right.

Their role as antagonists is mostly to distract Bai He and cause mischief whenever they want. They get out of most messes due to their relations to MBK. (No one wants to mess with The Mayor.)

So I wanna work on this AU again, but-

I said I’d squish Season 5 in the next season and- that’s exactly what I’m gonna do.

You have no IDEA how lucky I was to have switched Season 4 and Season 3’s order in this AU because it gives MK PLENTY of time to mess with Bai He and it could make the Bones Bro Arc possible like-

If there is a season 5, The Bone Ore Bros Arc In this AU will be squished in between them as an extra Season.

Because after all that shit:

Being used as battery for SQ, Being frozen by LBD, Remembering the past timeline for some unknown reason and losing MBK and Demon Assistant.

They’re allowed to go apeshit.
