Practical tips for planning a party in Las Vegas
There is no better place to have a party than Las Vegas but it is not the sort of place where you can just show up and start partying. Since there are so many other people doing the same thing you need to makes sure that you plan ahead so that you will be able to get into the places that you want to be for your party.
Tumblr media
Probably the most important tip that you will get for planning a party in Las Vegas is that you really do have to make sure that you plan ahead. There is no greater city in which to have a party and as a result there are thousands of people doing just that every day in Las Vegas. This means that it can be hard for a group of people to get into a nightclub or a table at a restaurant without booking ahead. Another important tip if you are planning a party in Las Vegas is to make sure that you actually stick to your plan. The big thing here is to make sure that you show up on time for the places that you are scheduled to be. There is a huge demand for things like limos, and nightclubs in Vegas and if you aren't there when you are supposed to be they won't hold your reservation they will just move on to the next group that needs their services. Nothing ruins a party faster than having your plans fall apart so make sure that you get where you need to be on time. In general when you are planning a party in Las Vegas you will find that it goes better if you have one person who is in charge of making those plans. This person should be the one that makes all of the reservations so that they know where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there so that he can make sure that everybody arrives on time. It is also a good idea to set a budget for the party beforehand and then have everybody contribute and let this one person hold the money and pay for everything with one credit card. This will avoid nasty surprises and make the whole process a lot simpler. The last tip for planning a Vegas party is to decide how wild you want it to get ahead of time. Las Vegas is the kind of city where a party can get out of hand really quickly if you allow it to so you should try to make sure that this doesn't happen, that is if you don't want it to happen. The last thing that you want is to do something that you regret during your party so make sure that you plan it at a level of wildness that is appropriate.

Travel Tips
Every country in the world has its own set of culture and rules and regulations. It is always good to be well informed on such things before you travel, as it will save you a lot of embarrassment and won't get you into any trouble with the local authorities.
Tumblr media
Italy is a place of rich culture and they take their art and architecture quite seriously. Museums do not allow photography. It is advisable to enquire about photography norms before you start clicking. Do not use a flash, as it is considered a disruptive practice.
Italians are fashion conscious, but formal in their attire at the same time. Walking around in scanty clothing, beach attire and shorts is not appreciated. If you are buying clothes, most shops do not allow you to wear the garment or to try it on. Topless sunbathing on the beach is quite acceptable in northern and central Italy, but frowned upon in the conservative south.
When eating in Italy, you should know that their dishes use a lot of olive oil and wine. This might cause diarrhea to a person with a sensitive stomach. Always carry your own medicines for common travel ailments. In case of an emergency, Italy's emergency number is 113. Criminal activities are scarce in Italy, although one should be careful of pickpocketers and purse snatching in crowded city areas.
It is better to consume bottled water, and this is freely available all over Italy. There is a heavy presence of chlorine in tap water and can be used mostly for washing and cleaning only. When dining out, the food listed in the menu will be served exactly as described. Most eateries will not entertain any special requests for modification of the dish. Spaghetti based dishes are the most commonly available food in Italy. This is eaten by rolling it on a fork and not by breaking it into smaller pieces. Usually you are expected to order at least more than one course in a meal, excluding the dessert. If you are with children then you should order upfront if you want half a portion of a dish. After finishing your meal you have to ask for the check. Tipping is liked by Italians even when a service amount is charged in your bill.
It is advisable to rent a car if you want to travel the countryside. Minimum age for renting a car is 21. In the city it is more convenient to either walk or take a cab. Be prepared to pay a toll fee on the highways. Speed limit is 80 mph on highways and 70 mph on other roads. Driving is on the right side of the road and drinking under the influence of alcohol will invite a very strict penalty.
Make sure all your travel documents like passport and permits are in order and should be produced, when asked for by the authorities.

Las Vegas
History of Las Vegas
We all know that Las Vegas is dubbed the City of Sin, but do you really know how Las Vegas started in the first place? Well, in this article we are going to explore some of Las Vegas’s history and figure out exactly where this beautiful city came from and how it got its name.
Tumblr media
First and foremost, because Las Vegas is deep in the desert, it was actually discovered by accident by a few explorers in 1829. The route to Las Vegas way back then was normally referred to as the ‘journey of death’ as these travelers would run out of water on their way to the site where Las Vegas was built. While the site for Vegas may have been discovered in 1829, it was virtually unknown until about 1844.
John C. Fremont was the person that actually discovered Vegas and he made an entry in his travel log that year stating that he found some springs in the desert which held water and that is where he set up camp. Another ten years went by and Mormon Missionaries from Salt Lake City actually set up camp in Vegas and they built a very small fort to create a mail stop between LA and Salt Lake City.
Throughout the years that followed, the fort became abandoned and many different people actually took over Las Vegas, however it was just after World War II that Las Vegas began to fully develop into the Sin City that we know. Hotels, entertainment, Las Vegas casinos, and tourism all started in the early 1960’s and began what we now know as Las Vegas!
I really hope you liked this post. I hope it was interesting and entertaining, I hope you have found out something new for yourself. Please, share your thoughts and opinions in the comment section below. I am truly interested in what you have to say since it helps me to improve my blog posts. Thank you!
