I buck with her boss horns

We face each other

Her Big brown eyes

A warrior buffalo

She is my helping spirit

I rub her strong and muscular body

Appreciating its power and beautiful nature

My ear to her side

I hear her heart beat and feel it intersect with mine

I jump on and we ride down the steepest hill

She walks down with me on her back

Effortlessly

She is a master of grace and ease

I felt so grounded

My own two feet were stumping deep

huves into the ground

Teaching me to stay grounded

I merged with the wild spirit in her

We came to an edge of a cliff

Where it over looks a vast open ocean

With a dip well over 20 feet

She stands with power in her spirit as we look across the ocean

I feel her tell me of the roaring waves

The roaring of the fire

The roaring of thunder

And of the spirit in everything

She comes as the helper

Telling me of the humans way of ignoring her

Is living out of balance with the dark unconscious spirit world

Its on the rise

And i stand tall in my spirit

Seeing that all

Life interconnects

One spirit

she is here

In everything

A lady dandelion smiles at me

She is the sweetest dandy lady you'll ever meet

Lady tells me she followed me here into this earthly realm to tell me some news!

She is my fairy magical wand

Lady dandy said make a wish then blow all my polland from me

But wont that hurt you?

Oh ofcourse not,

i always make more polland

There's an infinite number of wishes waiting just for you

I smiled and made my first wish!

i was standing in grass as soft as the clouds in the sky

In a enormous field of flowers

They each had so much loving kind words to express to me

Their smiles were so bright and beautiful they made this magical forest i wished for sparkle of all its divine life

My pony was white with crystals and pink hair

I had a light yellow summer dress on

And with my new friend dandy in my pocket

I galloped on pony through the forest

I blew for another wish and again it came true

Immediately

A golden bridge was formed

And i could see my castle,

Colored as unique as the rainbow that was casting over it

Birds waiting for me on my roof and porch

A beautiful swinging bench and a lawn full of smiling flowers and a pond with ducks floating

And a pink home for pony right next door

pony was skipping across the golden bridge as we started to head home, her hair started flying all over the place

Im so glad i had the ability to see through anything so

I braided her hair and as soon as i finished we all got to our home

I walked on my balcony me and the birds ducks butterflies squirrels the flowers dandy and pony all started to hug each other so grateful we were together

I wished me a cup of tea from the birdies

Then

The squirrels gave me A snack as they shared their food with me

And the ducks brought me a pillow as i laid on them

The flowers brought me flowers

The birds sang me a song

And pony carried me onto a swinging bench

The butterflies laid on my chest

And with my friends and family around

I was in heaven as my sweet Rapunzel

Thank you god for this life

I play in the woods with my lover

And Peekapoo, he was found peaking his head out from a redwood tree

I laugh and we kiss

The smile in our eyes speak of great divine love

Our souls touching

Heart to heart

We melt

And our golden star bodies become one

I am light

The world around me feels alive

The trees are alive

The grass is alive

The birds are alive

The forest is alive

The sky is alive

The stars are alive

My love is alive

The cosmos are alive

Everything is alive

Inside of me

I have found that most people i communicate with who do not eat veggies just say they don't like the taste and hadn't furthered a deeper relationship with veggies n fruits by trying out all the diversity out there and making it work for them.

There is a million ways to eat and cook any earth food you come across.

We are not living in education system that teaches us to trust our own choices (will power) and to listen to our body/gut (intuition) when it comes to eating, or quite anything.

No body at lunch time ever asked me to close my eyes and to envision what my belly was telling me it found really tasty nutritious and healthy to eat.

Has anyone anyone told you that your body has the wisdom to know for itself what it needs?

Truth is,

This is the time where humanity is getting closer and listening, looking deeper and seeing, that our body is the road map of divinity.

Now let me ask you

Who's telling you that you do know what's best for you?

Who is telling you to trust the vision of health you see for yourself?

Who's telling you to go with what makes you happy?

Only you truly are, once you become aware of it you can start guiding these choices and making ones that meet your unique specific needs and wants.

The more you listen to your own gut and intuition that happier and healthier you will be!
