Guys. If you struggle to get your shit together and you're looking for some way to do this without having 15 different apps open, I would HIGHLY recommend Spirit City: Lo-fi Sessions.
You can see that you can make your own character with a pretty extensive customization. The main goal is to collect different spirits through doing different tasks or having certain environments. BUT you can just use it as a pomodoro and to-do list all in app.
If you don't like lo-fi, there's an option to also play stuff through youtube so you can listen to your own stuff! I use almost every day when I have stuff to do, especially market prep.
It's available on Steam for 12 bucks and it's so worth it if you multitask on your computer!
