whether it’s the way you bare your teeth when backed in a corner, your loyalty, or your tendency to act on instinct, your reoccurring theme is the dog. like mitski said “i get mean when im nervous, like a bad dog” or how halsey said “i won’t smile but i’ll show you my teeth” even when migos said “dance with my dogs in the night time” the essence of the dog runs through you. you’re tough and a quick draw on the outside, but if we got down to it we’d see you’re acting the only way you’ve ever known how. it doesn’t make you bad, survival is natural, your loyalty and determination is commendable. i don’t blame you for the way you act when your back is against a wall, but please remember to not bite the hand that feeds

Is there someone your character knows (PC or NPC) that they just don't get along with? Why don't they like them? (For all the brothers! I'm curious!)

Dusk really isn’t a fan of a Xaela named Tomor ( @tomor-xiv ) that he met once and who enjoys to bother him in various asks! The first time they met Tomor simply annoyed the hell out of Dusk to the point he wanted to start a fight. There is another Xaela man he met that he actually did fight with long ago for flirting with Neoma too.

Another person he was friends with at first, is from his backstory, a Bayaqud lady who tried to woe him while he tried to woe Neoma. The two ended up fighting and she caused of the scar on Dusk’s thigh.

Besides these people Dusk has an overall pre-established distaste to certain tribes, such as Dotharl and any tribe prone to violence but also Oronir for their devotion to Azim.

Dubus absolutely hates a Viera by the name of Kjirsa ( @neoma-eltanin ). The reason, she simply stole the one possession he owns that means the whole world to him. His own father, Ozodug, also makes it onto this list. He considers that his dad raised him unfairly and wanted him to be someone he wasn’t.

Considering recent happenings, he doesn’t like a Roegadyn named Moe ( @moengeim ) for “putting his younger brother in danger”. Though he hasn’t had the opportunity to meet her after deciding this opinion about her. 

Then he too has an over all distaste towards nobles and businessmen of both Ul-dah and Ishgard, especially towards those who rather exploit the poor than use their wealth to help. A similar opinion comes for many Gridanians, specifically those who has an open hate towards other races. 

Auro’usk seem get along with most people he meet, preferring to avoid conflict and making enemies. If there is anyone he doesn’t get along with I suppose it is himself? Disagreeing with any positive thoughts he happen to have about himself.

Khu too tries to get along with most people he meet. Sadly the one person he doesn’t get along with is his own brother Childé. The two are constantly trying to convince the other their opinions are “better”. It’s not like they hate each other, they just tend to always have something to fight about. They simply value completely different things. Childé also has a similar pre-established distaste to other tribes like Dusk do.

Finally, Zo’ogai by default doesn’t get along with anyone. The tribe Hydrae is sadly part of the list too. Ever since he was young he has thought, questioned and argued with many of members and those who bore the most distaste to him were big contributors to his eventual banishment. There’s also the sekisegumi in Kugane, since he was prone to disturbing the peace they never had a good relation.

There are some people that are on the fence about if they get along with him or not, but it might just be his normal bitterness getting in the way.
