Day 5: my workout routine
I usually do these three workouts plus stretching afterwards four or five days a week, I’ve seen results in my thighs pretty well.
On top of that,I’m trying to built up my stamina so I recently started jump roping five days a week and I go for a 10 minute run/jog once a week.
