before i stumbled across ur blog i didn't even think about og e-soul or zero and now it's like. with each post u make i care about them more. their dynamic is so cute but tragic and it just!! makes me sad that they probably won't be expanded on much in canon :(( but at the same time, if that gives u more creative freedom then maybe it's a good thing?? idk. anyway thank u for ur service ur art is so epic and ur mind is swag <3

Also I do agree that Zero is so sunshine coded.. or more like sun coded. Probably one of the symbols of hope before the Fall of Dawn but also capable of so much destruction and fated to turn into a black dwarf after extinguishing the lives it previously protected ....

And if we go off of the E-Soul PV I'm pretty sure he had gravity manipulation powers. Like. Zero gravity. So he probably not only flied but made you fly (to your death, sometimes) too 😁

OH MAN. After watching E-Soul arc I immediately started thinking about like. Which character could potentially have an interesting dynamic with Og E-Soul. And there isn’t much of a choice ahaha the guy literally doesn’t speak to anyone except his shitty manager. But then I remembered that OH RIGHT. The guy E-Soul had to fucking destroy in the past. The hero who then turned villain and I’m pretty sure lost his mind in the process. Wouldn’t that be so absolutely TRAGIC. Wouldn’t it be so interesting if they knew each other? And then E-Soul had to personally see the person he cared about slipping into madness.

So yeah. I’m going off of pure vibes here. But the vibes are looking great>:D

Also gravity based abilities would be cool AS FUCK. I’m not sure if the powers that cursed-Zero has are similar to the ones he originally had. It would be logical if his powers just got dark themed and leveled up but I’m kind of scared to make assumptions because Zero has a lot of “Scary cult” aesthetic going on and I have a feeling his powers could be something much more complicated than controlling gravity and making explosions🤔

More ZeroSoul because I’m in the stupid mode again :) Gotta say, I like how despite being a speedster E-Soul is kinda. Have very slow and steady personality? He doesn’t talk fast, doesn’t fidget every second like you would expect from a speedster archetype. He is literally like a reptile lmao. Very fast but only when he has to.

so far; the concept of tbhx is fascinating and TERRIFYING. Your entire existence and What You Can Do is defined entirely by what people think of you. People think of you as a strong man who always stands tall? congratulations you can't fucking sit down. People see you as an accessory of some random guy they ship you with? congratulations you can open portals ONLY TO HIM. People think you're perfect? congratulations you can't stand imperfection.

People think you ARE some perfect hero who died? congratulations, your appearance starts fucking changing to mirror his.

Also his design somehow lands precisely on that thin line between cute and creepy and I can’t stop wondering if it was intentional choice or not. It probably was. He is somehow “baby face” and “death destroyer of worlds” at the same time.

Also I have zero(ha) clue about his personality but I noticed that TbhX is very good at conveying personality through character design. And. Look. If isn’t sunshine then why sunshine shaped?

Lemme make a lil disclaimer first. I understand that Yang Cheng got manipulated and that his actions were heavily dictated by his trauma and lack of self esteem. I also think that he didn’t deserve all that bullshit that happened to him.

HOWEVER. He still just went and basically stole E-Soul’s fame and image. Before the whole drama with Shang Chao’s death and E-Soul’s manager trying shut him up. Before all of that. The guy was going around enjoying all the attention he was getting and didn’t even consider that he might be doing the local equivalent of copyright infringement.

I think I’m so pissed at him because he reminds me of all those art thieves. You know. The people who download your drawings and then re uploading them to their pages without any credit. And later when you find their page you can see they have fuckton of followers and profit from the art you worked so hard on.

I see Yang Cheng as someone very similar to them. A thief that goes around enjoying the fame and money he didn’t really deserve. Profiting from someone else’s hard work. And it’s not about him being an actor, I’m talking about the part where he decided he will be the “new E-Soul” now.

And in the universe where popularity literally converts into power?? He didn’t even think about his actions affecting the Og E-Soul. At least those art thieves don’t make my hands work worse when they steal my art.

I think Yang Cheng is like. As if a Disney’s shitty live action remake was a person lol

Upd: OH AND THE FACT THAT HE REFUSED TO STOP. When the Manager said that “yeah all we want is for you to stop stealing E-Soul’s fame and apologise” and he fucking refused?? The request was perfectly reasonable and he refused and left thinking that he is right for doing that?? I wanted to strangle that guy through the screen during that moment.

Og E-Soul. OBVIOUSLY hahadjnffdidjfneoskhn. But also Zero because oh my god it was some REALLY fucked up and dramatic shit going on with them and I am fuelled by suffering. As well as the designs. Zero is such a fucking creature I want to know more about him.

Nice seems incredibly interesting but I’ll need at least SOME crumbles of his screen time because right now I have no idea what his actual real personality is. Eyeing Wreck/Nice with very curious eyes. Although I have to admit. Wreck’s costume makes me laugh every time I see him. Something about that short yellow cape looks like a cheap blanket a kid would use to play pretend haha
