Honestly I wanna lw to finally look my age.
Like yeah I'm 15, but I feel so much younger.
I developed a lot faster than others my age and its led to people treating me as more mature or grown up. I've been groomed before, and each time it was because of my body being so grown while my mind was so childish. I don't want to be sexy, I want to be childlike and fragile and protected.
I want to be protected.

hey do u have any tips on how to eat less after 'recovering' (aka binging) for a while? as well, any easy workouts? thanks <3
if you know me then you know I’m vehemently anti pro-4n4. I am not the person to come to asking for tips to loose weight or otherwise engage in unhealthy practices
That bring said, I will give you some things you should after binging that aren’t exercise or restriction because I can guarantee you the reason you are binging is because of those two. and because you deserve to feel good after probably awhile of feeling the opposite <3
don’t beat yourself up. binges happen, even if it’s a been a long streak and you’ve gained weight, the world won’t end and it doesn’t make you weak
don’t heavily restrict the following days, this will lead to another binge streak. instead, try upping your intake to maintenance or just below for a few days and then if you lower it again do it slowley
get comfortable. you’re likely feeling icky, uncomfortable, maybe even gross, so put on some soft clothes, curl up and watch your favorite show, take a warm bath, anything that makes you feel comfortable.
stretch. instead of over-exercising which won’t help you, try stretching (like yoga). not only will this give you time to focus on soothing your mind but stretching can aid in digestion and do the same with any bloating you may have
if you have heartburn from binging, try drinking ginger tea
rest. both your body and your mind are going through a lot right now, give them time to recover.
If you choose to start heavily restricting again, make sure you aren’t cutting out entire foods in the hopes of not binging. allowing yourself a small portion of something you’re craving so far better than ending up binging on the whole thing later
figure out your triggers. do you skip breakfast and end up binging later in the day? try eating breakfast in the morning. do you have a craving food that you continuously say no to buy end up binging on? read number 7 again. are you an emotional eater? do you eat when you’re bored? ect.
hydrate hydrate hydrate (water)
be patient. binge>restrict cycles ate hard to break but it’s possible, it just takes time. what works for someone else might not work for you, you may have a trial and error period

Some people drink or smoke socially, but us? We only eat socially. We save all our calories for meals with friends & family so we can appear to eat normally, participate in the gathering, and still remain the thinnest in the room.
