He talks in lies Virgil, when he says that they hate you, he knows that they love you. If he knew they hated you he would've said they loved you. The reason you're seeing him saying they hate you as truth is because it sounds like something you'd say when you're anxious, you tell yourself they hate you and when someone else says it it's real, but when he says it he means the exact opposite. If he says they hate you, he knows they love you and says the opposite of it

Wanna know something that helps me? I watch someone on YouTube that makes me happy, or play a game, or watch Great British Bake Off, or talk to one of my friends, I know distractions aren't the most healthy coping mechanism but sometimes it's the best coping mechanism, and I think a distraction is what you need right now.
